yep, isolating for covid so maybe not able to play Weds, but that Colwill looks a livewire so we'll need to watch out for him

I wonder if Robins will start sheaf over allen to give us more physicality, he likes to stick with a winning team though.

They have 3 absolute monsters 6.4in plus , Moore, Morrison and Flint.

If we can keep them to just scoring one. We will win this 2-1 and at the minimum draw.

Ohare and Hamer one each.

No idea how many they will bring Maybe 1000 max.

Crowd 15500.

Normally ccfc suggest the crowd they’re expecting

they said 17000 for Saturday and it ended up nearer 19000 so be interesting

Journo on Talksport watched Cardiff get off the team bus at Forest, and noticed how big the whole team was. Very intimidating. Also said that Giles was 'on fire'

We are a small team in comparison - not sure if that is good or bad

Cardiff won at Forest. To away wins on the bounce is relatively rare.

Settle for a draw myself, and start with Allen rather than Sheaf

They play for long throw ins and any chance to put it in the box they will.

Watched the game yesterday with a friend of mine who is a Cardiff fan and they looked so much better once Colwill and Kieffer Moore came on. Would expect Collins to be dropped as he didn't look very good at all.

We have to win the aerial duel. If we do then our incisive passing between their very slow CBs will cause them problems.

Just got to defend balls into the box.

Middlesborough are also a v big side and they didn’t cause us much issues besides hitting the crossbar.

Personally, I think we’ll draw this one too but we’ll be favourites.

Cardiff’s away games have been:
- Forest
- Peterborough
- Blackpool

Two are those are in the bottom two and Blackpool are 19th. By contrast, we’ve beaten 2 of the bottom 3 and Middlesbrough (15th) at home. Pretty even records.

The difference now is that we have a keeper who's strong under a high ball and doesn't get intimidated
No doubt McFadz and Hyam will be practising clearing headers in training this week
It's a possibility Todd Kane could be involved if Robins thinks his experience and toughness would help our young team

Haha no he doesn't .

He scored 2 goals against a shit forest team who were flaking when he came on towards the end his 1st goal was a miss hit tap which lucky came off and the 2nd goal the keeper should have saved, not a bad player but O Hare is much better and that's not me being biased either

O'Hare's day will come and once it does there will be no stopping him....PUSB

100% winnable and I believe we will, Cardiff are lump it forward every opportunity, we're playing against a Mick Mccarthy team not Pep.
Play our own game and let them worry about us.
We've been very decent so far, and I'm still not convinced we're out of third gear yet, plenty more to come 🤔 PUSB 🇧🇼💙🇧🇼

Dabo will have him in his pocket if he plays...PUSB

The Dabo/ Giles contest could be a deciding factor in the outcome. While Giles is decent enough coming forward, we all know he is defensively weak, so if we can have him defending against Dabo rather than vice versa we should be well on the way to controlling the game.

Dabo got the better of McCallum at QPR I felt, pretty confident he’ll have Giles

No wonder Giles missed the game at Forest, third degree burns are troublesome.

Cardiff are a big team so start with the smallest player in the squad in place of a 6 footer

Hi I wondered if anyone could help - we always normally get a lift - coach or train to the games -
last time I had to drive was a while ago and we used to park around the industrial estate where the car trade centre now is -- I see they have parking restrictions there now ---- Do you think it would be ok parking there Wed for the Cardiff game or do they have wardens checking ? Didn't know if anyone else might still park round that way - Cheers

some interesting thoughts on the game wednesday .yes we are a big physical side probably the most physical in the division but we can play a bit too . Most of our goals comes from set plays ,crosses into the box etc . no doubt your manager will set up at the back to stop the supply into the box .
we have sold almost 1200 tickets so far so expect around 1500 travelling pity it wasn't a saturday would have brought alot more up after a good win against forest . Any chance you could give me any recommendations of somewhere to park and maybe a pint before the game .cheers
