Probably the fact we haven’t played a back 4 in the last 2 seasons

Can understand Rose being ill has caused a late issue but do we normally only travel with enough players for the starting XI and subs? Would seem sensible to travel with one or two spares in case there's illness, injury in warm up or just if Robins decides last minute he wants to make a change.

I'm sure we have. Didn't we go back 4 against Bristol City and that worked out OK. Regardless, even if I'm wrong, square pegs in round holes is unlikely to work.

Normally we travel with one extra than is needed for a full bench
