I understand, but players grounding from a higher level suggest they will be of a better standard than some of our players. It does t always workout but for our structure and purpose they are the types that fit. Ask MR if he can go and buy a prem 1st team player or U23 Player with experience in man's football from a prem club and ask if it realistic or affordable.
