Anyone pick up on Tynan Scopes tweet about blackout kits a couple of weeks back...

Been a rumour for ages that City will do a black Blackout kit as 3rd this season.

Be interested in the colour of sponsor if we do because a white Boyle Sports will ruin it!!

Far to old and fat to wear a footie shirt but I'd buy a red one, it was my favourite.

I had the red one at the time. I didn't have the sky blue one.

Red not brown would be better. That's from someone who still has an old brown, white and sky blue scarf. Incidentally I did spot a Wales tramline kit in the crowd back from the 70's. Created images in my mind of Terry Yorath playing in that Wales kit

Personally would love a blackout kit, but think it should only be for a third/special edition kit.

Saying that, I'd rather not have a third kit this year.
A bit burnt out by the number of kit releases we've had the last few seasons and the novelty wears off after a while

Bristol City seem to have a deal for a wider selection than us each year and they've got a load of new training and 'lifestyle' stuff available, some of which we might have also. There's a blackout theme to some of it as well

I really like some of the gear our club shop sells and the addition of the non club logo on everything is a bonus. The castle type design looked decent.

Just taken a look at the Bristol site. The kit and some of the training stuff is dreadful. Thats not what Hummel supply CCFC. Can’t see what Bristol were thinking of with the silly circles etc on the arms it’s like a item you would wear at an acid rave.

White out kit, didnt we have a similar one with Puma 14/15 I think

Looks shady to me, what site is that? There were plenty of Cov hummel fakes doing the round a couple of years ago so I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole .

Also would be shafting the club out of profits
