Which sums you up

If a steaming dog turd had a red Rosette on it you’d think “labour not Tory im voting for it”
As would you with a blue rosette.

Are you getting another spreadsheet ready so you can try and find a way to defend the car crash that is Liz Truss when she wins?

Do you consider the current Labour poll lead to be a protest against Johnson or tangible support for Starmer?

We’ll see won’t we? You’re doing a lovey line in left wing Grendel answering questions with questions :p

We came out of last election saying it would be a two term job, and now are polling for pretty close to a majority. The main thing TBH is there’s literally no one on the back benches looking capable. It’s the same faces because we didn’t pick up many seats in 2019. Even if it’s a close call hung parliament or a minority gov, we need an influx of talent into the party if you want better than Starmer. All a leadership battle would do is disrupt the party with no guarantee of improvement and let the Tories in again.

If poll leads do matter, at what point would you have got rid of Corbyn?

I mean if we end up with Starmer and Truss we really have zombie leaders of zombie parties

The election campaign will cause a massive NHS crises with chronic cases of people falling asleep as these two dullards drone on

Id rather have Angela Rayner there with McDonnell and co. At least they believe in something - I mean anything!

I have said more than once I want that well known hard liner Andy Burnham dropped into a by election. I can’t remember exactly on Corbyn but I’m sure if you dip into the 2019 GE thread you’ll see roughly when I started to turn on him. If memory serves it was at least in the first half of the year.

Like I said, give me a reason to vote for him beyond who he isn’t

You mean the party that's called for more worker ownership of business, increased taxation to improve wealth distibution, higher wage increases for workers inc. a working wage, wants higher regulation, want to put issues like the climate ahead of economic growth and supported Remain? That Green party?

Who gives a fuck about whether someone is boring or not?

Give me boring and competent over an entertainer who is grossly incompetent resulting in the deaths of thousands.

Still at least he's got funny hair, who cares about the dead.

So what 3 things mostly convince you he should be PM?

Yes that green party - i liked their views on animal welfare - I was always disappointed that in the Cameron era the monster raving loonies weren’t in my constituency as I’d have voted for them

Starmer has given me more reasons not to vote for him than to vote for him. Thus far he’s

Laughed at my profession
Laughed at industrial action in a Labour stronghold
Agreed on air that young people are wasters
Cancelled his pledge to stand with unions-along with all the others he made to win the leadership
Sacked people from the shadow cabinet for the crime of going to a picket

Add in to the bargain that my local Labour MP ignores correspondence and has also ignored local requests from RMT members to go to a picket, you tell me why I should vote for them. If the answer is ‘they’re not Tories’, it’s probably not going to be enough to hold at an election.
Well don't complain when we have another Tory Government after the next election then

What are the three main attributes would you say of Liz Truss?

And Johnson and Trump while we are at it?

There are no attributes of liz truss

Johnson has the ability to engage people, have big visionary ideas and oddly win elections - you may not believe that but that’s my view. Not a career politician but a maverick one who can engage people

Donald trump I have and never have had interest in

This isn’t the point though. I ask what engages people to Mr Starmer

I have also stated if Rayner was labour leader against Truss I’d vote labour

So who will you vote for at the next election if it's Truss v Starmer? Green?

Oh I’d just if I bothered to turn up at the ballot box find the most absurd candidate and vote fit them

you ask a lot of questions. What attracts you to Mr Starmer?

1. He's not a member of this Tory Government
2. A degree of intelligence and competence

To be honest I would vote for whoever could bring an end to this Government providing they were not even more immoral, right wing or incompetent. The bar for improvement is very low as far as I am concerned. Seriously the thought of two years of Liz Truss destroying the future of he country and our children followed by another four/five years of this is frightening.

None of that though is a positive endorsement of him as a man or a politician and he’s demonstrated zero competence as a politician and has no more intelligence than Sunak or Truss

What three things convinve you of Sunak and Truss if either win? What three things convinced you about Johnson? And May before that?
EDIT: just seen you've sort of answered it, though unconvincingly.
