Treading very dangerous ground if he’s digging at fans. Not really like him, so I’m a bit surprised and worried. I didn’t sense a particularly bad atmosphere.

Funniest part of the night was a 12 year old raging that he’s sick of this same shit week in week out.

Robins starting to throw his toys out his pram? Looking for excuses other than himself? He picked a team tonight for a L1 game. Fans are entitled to be disgruntled.

No disrespect. Can u blame him
All the work effort from everyone since league 2. Think every one would be ok the same level u would be lieing to urself if u say u wasn't.

What exactly should the fans have done differently today?

They stood with the team even through their absolute shite in the first half where we couldn’t find two passes.

It wasn’t the loudest but there was no negativity.

What could have been different?

Toxicity has been creeping in all season, ironically cheering Moore every time he makes a simple catch (also received personal abuse via instagram DM after Saturday), booing Waghorn onto the pitch on Saturday

Writing off Doyle as crap before he’s barely played - (MOTM tonight, it’s almost like the champions of England think he’s worth keeping on their books for a reason and we don’t really know what we’re going on about)

Great fanbase to play for when we’re winning but soon as the going gets tough we’re toxic - Sorry just my opinion

Im really starting to fear the worst now, Robins seems downhearted, the squad seem to be giving it their all but it’s not been good enough so far. The owners are wankers, Wasps are wankers, the council are wankers, Preston are wankers. We cannot get on anyones back other than the owners and wasps, we should save that for outside of games, I was all for the fuck everyone chants before. But we need to use our voices more to boost the team and be the 12th man like we were last season, otherwise its gonna be a real shitshow.

Furthermore, what pisses me right off is most of those who are getting toxic are those who only started coming and supporting the team within the last 3 years, and they arent just youths either

He was talking about the crowd tonight specifically.

What was wrong with it?

That 3 points is going to turn into 6 or 9 pretty sharpish if we don’t pull our finger out.
Agreed but if Robins is making comments about the support, the nonsense off the pitch has trickled down to the dressing room. As much as I'm pissed off about today there were still some positives, but if it all turns toxic we might as well wave hello to league 1.

Robins wants to concentrate on his team selection before he starts to point fingers at anyone else. Suicidal selection tonight and I normally back him to the hilt.

The cheering Moore was barely audible from where I was and one roaster on Instagram?
You can't tar a whole fan base on that.

He wasn’t blaming the fans. He was suggesting that you could sense a nervousness/edge and frustration in the air and the players need to block that out. He’s annoyance was about the pitch situation.
Don’t agree with that reading at all. He was digging out fans as soon as he got on air.

Toxic? Tonight? Give your head a wobble. That's absolute bullshit.

He wouldnt have done anything to prevent their goal today, people need to stop crying about him leaving now and move on, I wasn’t very happy at all about him leaving, but it has happened so we move on

Not read thread but first half I thought started ok but then the pace/intensity dropped off and probably lucky not to go in one down. Second half was a lot better, greater intensity/urgency and didn’t deserve to lose. Liked the look of Palmer and Doyle, thought hamer livened up midfield when he came on and Bidwell was decent

That Millwall result is getting more painful by the game but if we keep our heads (and best players tomorrow !) I think we’ll be ok. Going to be a tough couple of months though

If Mark Robins told you to eat shit you’d ask him if he’d rather you had solid or liquid.

Maybe he should take it on board when whacking out a weakened 11 and failing to react when we concede?

Not heard the interview but a bit annoyed if he’s had a dig at the fans, personally didn’t hear any negativity despite the crap first half.

Get why he dropped Moore and think it’s warranted, get leaving Gus on the bench after letting us down. Don’t get the Eccles over Dabo decision.

Palmer looked lively but no O’Hare, Waghorn isn’t a number 10. Godden and Vic doesn’t look right so do we drop Godden? Assuming Vik is staying…

Still think we have enough to stay up but it’s not going to be pretty and we may need to ditch the 3-5-2 to grind results out.

No it wasnt, he’s bang on we need to get behind the team more

Not really sure what else he wants to be honest.

Fans travel to Burton to watch a game, he happily sits and watches us get hammered without changing a thing.
Tonight a weakened 11 get put out.

Thats JUST on the pitch stuff, add in the frustrations above him like the boxes, the pitch etc etc then it's pretty fair to see why fans might be a bit annoyed. (not that there was anything wrong with the fans tonight).
