Need something down that end, I swear there’s fewer goals scored there than the end with singers corner cos there’s less atmosphere. Closing the top half unless it’s needed would be a start.

I thought they'd have adapted the prices this season.

Even a pound cheaper behind the goal would encourage plenty to buy there for one off matches.

Closing the top half doesn't work as the noise drifts away when the roof is far away (Wembley bottom tier is a prime example).

Closing the corner between East and North Stand is another decent option. All pay on the gate tickets behind the goal.

Above is five mins ago. I normally buy a few days before the game and this one looked busier than others this season when I grabbed my ticket. Optimist in Me says 25k, above 23k is decent. Either way, buzzing for it!

Well, as one who sits in B26 I can confirm your impression. There has been one CCFC goal from open play and one penalty so far this season.

Don't think it's anything to do with the atmosphere though? More that they prefer to play towards that end 1st half

Maybe, I’m in 24 and feel like I never see a goal close up.

I started laughing out loud then slowly stopped thinking your right.

We know how this plays out…
Possible 4th league win on the spin as well  when did that last happen ?

Anyway ‘despite everything in CCFC folklore telling us that ‘this is where we falter & fail, before slowly rebuilding momentum and instilling unlikely hope yet again’
I’m going with a fairly comfortable 2 v 0 win with Vic & Allen scoring the goals. PUSB.

23.5K in the ground, 3.5K of them were QPR. So congrats to the 20K Coventry fans who went up.

And this thread has already shown its age. No goals at one end ? Today, we had one at each end so everyone is happy :)

But I do agree that the players seem to prefer playing towards Scoreboard end, probably so they can celebrate with Singers Corner. The goals I have seen scored at the other end, the players don't have the same interaction with the crowd.

Thought Pete Doherty's darlings were very quiet today.

Superb noise from the SBA.

Fans behind the goal are to busy eating sarnies and drinking from their flasks 🤣
