Terry hall (16 Viewers)

Dreadful and very disappointing. No minutes applause and what was flashed up was so low in volume it was frustrating to watch. The sound system is shot to bits and needs upgrading.

I didn’t think there was much of an effort if I’m honest. I know it’s only 48 hours since Terry halls passing but I think we could have done a bit better personally.

I could hear it half time while I was going for a slash? Had the video on and then a quote at the end with an applause at half time. Then had the Specials on at full time.

I'm not too sure what people wanted. Did they want CCFC to make a hologram of him dancing across the pitch or something?

What do you mean? He was from Coventry, but supported another club. Surely that's relevant? Not having a dig, was just wondering.
It is a bit. He never supported Cov. The celebration last night was just right. Great band from the city. Trouble was his affiliation to the club was minimal

I think you are missing the point

What point? The club gave him a good tribute before the game and half time. He was legend from Coventry who will be missed.
The club got it right. He had no affiliation to the club whatsoever. Was a regular at United too

We are celebrating the life of a great Coventrian, his allegiance to the club or any other club is irrelevant.

we did celebrate it, so not sure what the issue is? People talking about minute silence etc… he had no affiliation to the club whatsoever, in fact slagged Cov City off in the past. The club got it spot on

He was from Coventry. He had talent and had a very good career. He died too young. The club and fans paid a lot of respect and played tribute through music and videos.

But he wasnt a supporter of Coventry City football club. . I thought the tributes were respectful and appropriate

Currently listening to the Piccadilly Radio recording that Timmy Mallet has put out from his time as a DJ there. Basically handed 2 hours over to Terry to play his favourite songs and present them.

Needed something to listen to while sorting out a full big ikea bag of washed socks into pairs. Really helped. Always felt you get a real good insight into people by listening to the music they love. Some great tracks from many genres and many decades. Plug’s some of his own material too, which isn’t a bad thing.

How many singles were you left with?
