Andy Turner says he understands Sisu signed off the signing, but seems to think this a good sign for the takeover.

A sad day. @Saddlebrains and I should probably use this opportunity to say that we also won’t be continuing our bid now that we’re a week into the transfer market. We would have got away with it if it wasn’t for that pesky Doug King.
I know how you feel. I was going to sell my Woolworths shares to make my own bid.

It's unfortunate that we will no longer be funded by the riches made from the sale of an energy drink nobody's ever seen.

But.... but..... but .... it is out there.

You can get used or second hand ones on eBay :p

How long is imminent?

Well in cosmic terms, given the massive expanse of time, the death of the earth is immanent, but in terms of the EFL and CCFC, (Both of which are specks of dust on the fabric of time) it could mean in half an hour or it could mean in 6 weeks, I hope, in my pointless, futile little way, that its not the latter.

What a story from Storey.
Whose Story do we believe? Storeys?
I’m not sure what Story to believe 🤷‍♂️

Interesting update

that's a fake account surely, its more mental than the other one. the Sens are the team I support and while they are up for sale, as the owner died, the price is likely to be north of $1bn and I've never heard his name be mentioned as someone who has had talks

not to mention there's no fiasco this season, every other season for the last few years but not this one :ROFLMAO:

the next tweet says he's buying a team that doesn't exist anymore

coincidentally one of the people who is looking at getting involved in taking over the Sens is Ryan Reynolds

I’m guessing it’s a joke that’s gone over my head but he does seem to be the king of copy and paste.

Love the video from “London Retail” which shows two cans of his fizzy drink among the San Pellegrino and Red Bull.

the repeated "Love you Damon! @HillF1" tweets aren't strange at all. thank god this guy is fucking off, don't need him anywhere near the club

Eight letters.

But only worth 12 points in Scrabble. Too many 1 point letters, even if your placement is lucky with doubles and triples ;)

What is that account?

It looks fake but then there’s interactions with people that seem to know him and too straight to be a parody.

So confused.

Just in case this is not posted…

Cov Telegraph.

Storey confirms decision

Businessman William Storey has withdrawn his offer to buy Coventry City.

Storey, the CEO of Rich Energy, confirmed the move in a Twitter post on Friday afternoon. He said he reached the decision after consulting with his investors, and he has told Sisu and the EFL about his decision.
Their first mistake: believing something of the twatter
