Here you go
Not prepared to accept where he's clarified later on? The whole point of where I camein? How come you jump on my post which was in the midst of that clarification and not his? Are you afraid of the truth? Are you afraid of me revealing the truth to your lies? Are you ganging up on me like you always do?

So he said it was Brexit?

As usual I come out with the truth backed up with evidence. Not one bit of evidence has been shown where it says it is the fault of brexit. It shows Ireland has the same problem. They're in the EU.

You really are insane!

He agreed it was on the list of reasons, it's not a hard thing to acknowledge.

The evidence for it being on the list was quoted by Steve himself!

Welcome to out world. Most people have been angry and depressed at the state of the government for years.

And yet you haven't been angry or depressed at anything in the last 4 years (or 13 even) which most definitely sums you up.

Lacking passion in a speech? Makes Grendel angry and depressed.

Corruption and law breaking, country in a mess? Absolutely fine in Grendel's world.
I've been around for over half a century. That is what you call suffering the Tory party 🙄

Very bottom like he has just said. In other words maybe very slightly. Several other reasons. Some are for definite. But they seem to be getting ignored.

If he could monetise missing the point his château would be made of gold.
It's because somehow you, I, and some others are Borg like collectives, where we all share the same beliefs on everything, and our primary motivation to post is to gang up on him and ensure the Truth is not heard. Any words that differ from that, suggest a divergence in view between us can be ignored, because they do not conform with the Truth!

So, you too can acknowledge that Brexit is on the list of reasons? yes or no?

Starmer is dreadful as is Reeves - Labour is going to miss a good opportunity based on what is being said currently.

We're into 'hoping this is all a front for the right wing press before winning the GE and implementing a radical agenda' territory again.

I've no doubt starmer and Co will be an improvement on the current mob but after 12 years of austerity the vast majority of the public deserve better.

Supply chains shouldn’t have changed. Next year maybe. The fact that it’s probably far easier to supply to nearby countries on mainland appears to be missed.

‘Policy adviser Ksenja Simovic said: "It doesn't help that the UK is out of the EU and single market, but I don't think this is the primary reason the UK is having shortages."
The main impact of new border procedures for fruit and vegetable imports will not be felt until January 2024 - while imports from Morocco, which is outside the EU, are already subject to border checks.’

Seems like a lot of this stuff Brexit isn’t the cause but isn’t exactly helping either.

So you say only Brexit is to blame? You and people like you are always saying that, always chatting Brexit, and you need me to show you the Truth.

It must have been a shit speech… you’re not even trying to defend it 😂
It was fine, nothing radical. Just a reminder that the tories are really shit and people deserve better.

Starmer is never going to be radically left wing, the country doesn't want that.

To be fair people deserved better than the coalition of 2010, so I don’t know why Labour decided to cosplay Tory lite in the 2015 election.

Let’s hope for all our sakes that Starmer isn’t going down the same line.

The speech was just a set of vagueish objectives for the next (and we can say barring a real shock event Starmer will be the leader of the next government) government,

  • Securing the "highest sustained growth" in the G7 group of rich nations, made up of the UK, US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan, by the end of Labour's first term
  • Making Britain a '"clean energy superpower", removing fossil fuels from all of Britain's electricity generation by 2030
  • Improving the NHS
  • Reforming the justice system
  • Raising education standards

It's just so exciting

He’s more Tory than the soft side of the Tory party

Were you impressed with Starmer and his vision?

I haven't watched it, I've only read a brief story on the BBC.

It was very vague, but that's fine, policy details will come later.

He's going to be a fucking million times more competent than the incumbent and his predecessors so I cannot wait to kick these useless cunts out, hopefully for a very long time.

What’s he offering you rather than he’s not a Tory?

Your boys in blue have done their level best to ruin this country over the last 13 years, all whilst lying, breaking the law and making themselves richer along the way.

So quite frankly not being a Tory is an absolute vote winner for me and millions across the country right now.

So you’d vote for anyone with a red rosette regardless - ok

Well I voted for Corbyn on the basis he wasn't a Tory. Anything to get these useless, lying, corrupt wankers out of office.

So policies and beliefs are nothing to you

At least your honest I guess

To be fair if you’re 25+ points up in the pollls there’s probably no need to do anything too ground breaking which might lead to people picking policy apart.

Opposition parties also don’t want to release specific policy this far out from an election. No real benefit at the moment. If Sunak closes the gap then I agree, I think Starmer will need to do more

It is on your list yes.

It would be like what you have done with Steve twisting his words. Although nobody has said it is the fault of Brexit you got him eventually to say after many other causes it might be. And put it at the very bottom of any reasons it could be. So then you state he said it was the fault of Brexit.
