The writing has been on the wall for ages.
I DM'd a fellow poster back in April explaining one of the main factors behind it.
I'm not saying any more but it appears to me this is where the rumours of behind the scene rifts have come from.

Invited to Boddys leaving do?
More bothered about him not understanding the last few years have been very different to the previous 10 and some who’ve gifted a lot being treated like shit but yep annoyed at how Boddy and mark were treated at supporters forum
They are big enough to look after themselves though and as I say we’ve needed to make more money off the pitch and maybe that needs changes and experts brought in. Not just king thinking it’s a piece of piss it’s not

Nonsense. He needs to get in a proper football man to work with him, that's my point. Boddy did a good job in the lower leagues but he's completely out of his depth. With King being more hands on than the last regime and Boddy having no experience of this level of football, him in that role is pointless

What’s nonsense????
We’ve gone frome league 2 to championship
Season tickets from thousand up to 13500

To say out of depth is a little unfair that’s all

You implied he needs Boddy around as a 'footballing man'. Boddy is a footballing man at much lower levels of the game than is needed

He's still down as head of recruitment on CCFC website but that could be wrong. Jamie Johnson is head of scouting.

I think it’s a similar role with a different title. I’m sure it was said somewhere that Austin was in charge of long term strategy after they appointed Jamie Johnson

To be fair to @GIMOC, just heard from someone who would 1000% know about the hamer situation exactly what he’s said, he loves the club but club aren’t offering enough of an increase, balls is in covs court

bang on with the figures being quoted too by @Saddlebrains

give him that 2 grand extra a week DK or be prepared to have a pissed off SBA going in to what sounds like a rough summer

good luck…..

Didn’t imply it I say it no question he needs people who understand football and should listen to them to make key decisions
As I say that’s all
I am sensitive but I don’t like people who treat others like less than them cause he thinks he doesn’t need them

Is there anyone on this board who isn’t claiming to be an ITK at this point?

He's got himself, Robins, Viveash, Austin. I don't see what Boddy brings to the table that those 4 don't already have. Let's not forget Boddys main job last season was to provide us with a football pitch to play on, that didn't go too well. Not sure I'd listen to him that much

don’t let the truth get in the way on here Matt. I would hope once players are back in next week and robins being back could make the difference.

It’s not just boddy, others could be walking too. like I said. Until it’s official I won’t say too much as it’s people’s livelihoods etc…
The sisu gang included Boddy and Tynan Scope so I'm guessing they'll be off. Given some things I've heard about Tynan I don't think that's a bad thing either

I don't claim to be ITK, but picked up some info regarding this issue from someone I trust and sent a DM back in April.

As for what's happening to othe members of the hierarchy, (whoever they are), or with Hamers contract, I have absolutely no idea.

I know those within the commercial team in particular are concerned as essentially they saw this summer as a bit of a watershed moment - in terms of none particularly felt that they were secure in their roles and the microscope was very much on them.

That's not really all that uncommon when a new owner comes in though. They'll often look to clear the decks as soon as they walk through the door.

Again, not really sure why this is such a big deal?

I think it’s obvious King doesn’t think much to the people running things day to day. As in he thinks they are incompetent and don’t have any basic business sense.

Remember runs his own hedge fund as well. He’s taken this on in terms of a failing business and to make it viable. Difficult of course when it comes to football.. but he’s hands on and heads will roll inevitably.

some might be pushed. Others leaving on their own accord is what I’m being told.

Timing is impeccable. if that was the plan then surely ideal timing would have been end of May. Not in the coming weeks
