Saka, dasilva and binks did well.

Everybody else bad.

Robins and his like for like subs again. No game management

1st half Huddersfield gave us oceans of space and there was very little pressure on the ball, which means we had way more time to work the ball into the front 2 patiently

2nd half they finally realised if they press us, we end up going long and because the ball isn’t sticking to the front 2, it results in a huge gap between them and the midfield - Allen and Wright helped change that when they came on

Individually the players weren’t too bad, but we have to be braver to try and play through presses (at times), otherwise this is going to be a continuing trend

Would give Fadz a 6 for leaving the player to cross the ball in acres of space instead of closing him down.

Wilson 6
Saka 7 but not a wing back
Silva 6 not bad for a 15yo wingback
Thomas 5 shaky and poor on the ball
Fadz 6
Binks 7 composed
Kelly 7 best he could
Eccles 7
Ayari 6
Godden 6
Simms 7 better, needs a left foot

sadly we look a lower half team now, 5mil centre half on bench ridiculous, signings struggling

neat and tidy football but no real threat too slow and not enough legs in team

hudds deserved a draw so it’s all a right mess atm, squad just isn’t balanced

On an individual basis I can see why some of the scores are what they are. But we are completely lost in midfield with no ball players. A lump forwards that was put out for an offensive throw in or corner was greeted with cheers. That isn’t gonna win you games of football. The midfield isn’t good enough on the ball and it’s a huge issue

There is a huge gap between Eccles and Kelly and the strikers. Ayari was as woeful as Palmer tonight in providing an option for the midfielders.

Perhaps it is time to try somebody other than McFadz and get the team sat a few yards up the pitch.

Yes they were all around me shouting 'shoot' all the time. It's taken over from 'forward' as the shout of the idiot. Ayari was truly awful.

How is Wright getting Rated 5s.

Robin's again blaming everyone but himself. Keeping Godden on the pitch wtf!

Again obsessed with playing 2 strikers. Shambolic.

Wilson 7 made a couple of decent saves in 2nd half
Sakamoto 7 looked decent
JDS 7 solid and ok going forward
Thomas 5 seemed a bit nervy
Fadz 6
Binks 7 was the pick of the back 5
Kelly 7.5 MOM
Eccles 6.5 was decent enough
Ayari 4.5 (gets half point for the goal) must be a player in there but struggling to see it at the minute
Simms 6.5 looked a lot better
Godden 5.5 tried hard but zero service

subs

wright looks like a £7mill bakayoko at the minute
Allen 7 made a big difference when he cane on for Ayari

Overall most played ok but we lacked any drive/ creativity going forward after the first 1/2 hour.
Midfielders are ok defensively in the main but we need more from the the attacking midfielder than we’ve had in the last 3 games

First half service to front 2 was appalling, Sims own running made the goal.
Missed Palmer linking the midfield to the strikers.
Impressed with Binks.
Why did we not bring McNally and Cuffy back on loan, who have gone to other mid table Championship sides, they are both improving all the time.
Lastly why oh why make two defenders subs like for like with minutes to go.

I personally think mve and Lati are better than McNally and cuffy

Was an old fashioned as they say game of two halves, second half Huddersfield dominated from both sides the pitch, having said that I thought our defence held up okay defending crosses, free-kicks & corners, once Jamie Allen came & on we got a bit better going forward
Young Ayari not ready yet defensively imo a bit of a passenger second half, despite on going criticism I thought Eccles & Kelly dig okay.
Robins needs to re-jig the team and with our best players out injured it’s a tough ask.
In fairness Huddersfield deserved their point.

Not compared to the first 10 games last season we aren’t. Difference is we’ll be spending most of the next 3 months getting pasted by teams who didn’t spaff millions up the wall.

After game 5 we had 6 clean sheets in the next 7 conceding only 1 goal

When did he do that?

Stoke fans certainly say otherwise.

Lastly why oh why make two defenders subs like for like with minutes to go.
Sakamoto was dead on his feet, DaSilva was close to being sent off and missing the last game.

I mean, up until last night the two who came on had played more for us than the rest of the defence bar McFadzean (I appreciate with Latibeudiere it's a small amount vs a small amount, but it still applies!), so it's not like they wouldn't know our setup.

We apparently refused to pay Burnley what they wanted for McNally but bent over backwards to pay even more for Kitching. Sums that window up
Its amazing...the more we Spend the worse our transfer business is.

The directors at Antalya and Barnsley must scratching their heads how the fuck they robbed us if £13M

Difficult one to score as the ratings vastly differ between the two halves

Wilson - 5 doesn't fill me with any confidence with the ball and fumbled a relatively tame shot second half
Saka - 6 loads of ability poor end product
Thomas - 5 worrying he's keeping out Lati and Kitching
Fadz - 6 mostly good but needs replacing late on in games as he sits deeper and deeper and drags the defence back with him
Binks - 7 very tidy player ,needs to start every game
Da Silva - 6 very composed on the ball but needs better delivery
Eccles - 6 first 60 minutes very good then faded out of the game
Kelly - 6 always steady but does the same round the corner pass every time without looking and concedes possession more often than not
Ayari - 4 looks like a 19 year old learning the game , needs more composure
Simms - 7 finally saw a glimmer of the player we all thought we had signed , hopefully he kicks on
Godden - 6 good movement but no real goal threat and should've come off

Wright - 2 just doesn't look like a footballer
Allen - 6 we need him fully fit currently
Lati and Bidwell put on too late to give a score , both should've been on earlier
