You’d like to think Ayari is going to start to justify some of the hype that surrounded his arrival

He’ll probably be a good player some day, but probably not for us

Trying to be optimistic; keep it tight for 60 mins, then unleash Simms, Sakamoto and Godden (depending how Wright is playing) on for width and fresh legs.

Maybe MR has packed it with footballers to try and play through then? No idea.

Seems very narrow and lacking pace though and COH look’s miles off fitness wise and Ayari match awareness wise!

I wonder of Robins asks Sakamoto is and whether he's up for playing and it something gets lost in translation. Every time we've started with him he puts the opposition on the back foot with his directness. I would have had him on even if it was only for the first 20 mins just to stir things up a bit and give us the initiative.

Good opportunity for him today.

We may have O’Hare, but unfortunately we also have Ayari. He must be fucking brilliant in training because he is shite on a match day,
I thought he looked quality on his first start at Hull but he’s been anonymous in his appearances since then.
Happy that we’re switching it up though, Robins obviously has a game plan

At a basic level O’Hare is not fit and shouldn’t be starting. Ayari? Yet to see anything from him that warrants a place. I’d rather have strung 4 across the midfield and stuck Simms up with Wright to keep them occupied.

James Scowcroft is on the Ipswich TV channel doing the pre match, age has not been kind to him and also makes me feel bloody old! Seems like a decent bloke though tbf

Allen to a job on their left back? Bombs forwards and gets a decent amount of assists. Leaves O hare and Ayari in a bit a free role.

Worried that Morsy is going to bully us in midfield, we are a bit soft.

Especially if he starts going through players like Wright who would apologise to him for the contact from their ankle to his studs.

Ayari and Ohare look like they are holding hands they are that close.

Trying to figure out the formation.

Oh and I’ve watched them a few times this season, they call Chaplin , Chappers on the comms and it really is fucking irritating
