I don't think it's anywhere near as bad a set up as Ipswich. If Saka and Dasilva get high up the pitch then it's more or less the same 4-3-3 we've been playing recently. They'll be more defensive to start and then open up more as the game goes on, with the options of chucking O'Hare and Wright on if we want to attack more.
You really think Dasilva is an attacking threat?

Idiot losing the plot again when we go away to a top team.

Worked for Sunderland last week - let's be honest, if he'd have gone with the midweek team, we'd have been far too open against this lot. We have a strong bench to utilise if we need to, plus a busy Xmas schedule coming up. MR = tactical genius.

Have to admit, I am intrigued haha.

I imagine Da Silva and Sakamoto will be playing quite high up though. I'm not sure if that's something Da Silva has ever done before?

Lati as a CDM surely. So midfield of Eccles, Lati, Sheaf and a front 3 of Saka, Da Silva and Simms, with the former two pulling back into defensive duties out of possession.

I hope we do well, but it's deffo an unexpected one...

Absolutely no creativity in midfield without Allen or O’Hare

I didn't say that but it's not unsurprising as Robins has used him as a sub higher up the pitch already.

My point was only that I don;t think the formation is going to be that different, unlike Ipswich. Of course the players picked within that formation will change the dynamic of the team.

You must be great company on a night out
I know you’re overly positive sometimes but surely you can read the script for this game? It’s Ipswich all over again, start with a bizarre lineup and when we inevitably go behind he will bring subs on but it’ll be too little too late

How often have you seen dogshit on paper?
Are you a collector?
Supporting this club unfortunately quite a few times. I had become quite fond of no longer seeing that filthy brown smear across the team sheet but sadly it seems to make an unwelcome and stinky return when we play a decent team away.
