Same get it up and running in singers corner, most people stand and I get frustrated with people sitting behind me telling me to sit down in the fucking singing section! No arguments next year

I like what they've done at St Andrews behind the goal. I like the walkway in the middle and now the lower half is standing

I think elsewhere it would prompt a lot of debate.

I'm currently in 25 and there's quite a few older people around me.

No chance with the chino blocks.

If the naughty corner is a roaring success, then increase it gradually.

Yeah, this is it. Add blocks as needed e.g. 12-13.

Singers Corner would be ideal. However, I'm in Block 16 and I like my seat so don't want to be forced to move.

Should be behind a goal.

Dissapointing that the South Stand isn't an option on the survrey. Having an 'ultras corner' and then a few empty blocks as segregation is a tin pot.

You've said this many times before but it's never ever going to happen as long as away fans are where they are.

Look at every ground we've been at this season. The best atmospheres by a distance have been where fans are close together.

Plymouth was excellent last year and their noisy contingent have moved into the corner by the away fans.

Block 14/15 is clearly no ultras corner.

You can submit multiple replies.

The corner is the only real option, the east stand is full of people who don't really want to stand and as the away fans are staying in the South Stand there's no point in having it in the north stand as the people who will want to use it will not want to be that far from the away fans.
Agreed

Although surely if the away fans move further away from Singers Corner and home fans end up being allowed in the South Stand, then fans will want to move there from the corner so as to be closer to the away fans?

Worth remembering that away fans need to be proved with standing if it's available in the home end.

At least one block will be standing in the South Stand.

Yes, I agree that the 'animation' or 'ultra' section needs to be by the away fans.

I just think having a corner is a bit pathetic. Our stadium has four sides. Every best atmosphere in a stadium across the world has always been with a section behind a goal in my experience.

People have got used to the corner and they're comfortable with that. That doesn't mean that it's the best way to do the stadium layout however.

It looks from the survey that the away fans will always be more or less where they are. In which case that does make things a bit more difficult. It's a sad situation really and means the stadium can't reach its full potential.

Yes but the South Stand isn't an option you can pick.

It's just the Corner, East Stand and North Stand that are options.

Wonder with the link we all have they can split answers by block locations of all STHs......if not a big own goal of understanding of views by blocks

How about 2 standing areas? Block 25/26/27. 14/15/16. There could be some real efforts do improve the atmosphere.

I put the corner but if I’d been able to put multiple then I’d have behind the goal in blocks 26 etc - but not too many. Maybe the first 15/20 rows in one or two blocks?
I’d suggest most people wouldn’t want to stand all game, and I certainly don’t think it would be wanted in the family zone.
So sensible to trial it from the corner and then expand as necessary.
