Thousands of tickets available, less than 10k on Tuesday night unless there's a huge surge

Club should've included priority points and it would've probably increased sales by 50%

Only 10,000 on a Tuesday night for a pre-season friendly, just a few seasons back we'd have been lucky to pull 10,000 for a Saturday afternoon league match.
Get a grip.

There is likely to be a decent walk up for this. It still feels a bit early for football and many will be on holiday. Something like 12,000 for a friendly is fine, especially when like me, more might be intrigued by a Saturday game against unusual opponents.

I think it shows how standards have changed in the past few years where we are disappointed with a 10k sale for a midweek pre-season friendly!

I think it's good we're playing our friendlies mixing the days and times (eg was 12.30 v Darmstadt).

Some of the newer players might not have honed their routine for early or later kick offs and got to get the right food in at the right times etc. I hope it's intentional and if it is, then it shows how detailed our preparation is.

Is that your excuse for drinking at all times of the day Rob; to get yourself acclimatised to the varying kick off times we're due to face. Dedication mate 🍻🍻🍻👏👏👏

By early…..I meant 30th July…..as in middle of holiday time.

Sorry yes, poor quote from me. I realised yours meant that, I was just referring to a big game being different from the Saturday 3pm game that you are attending.

Yes this is the only friendly match I can make due to holiday, also missing the first 2 games.
Should I ask for a discount on my ST as I am not using it?

The price isn't exactly tempting to many tbh

Should have been no more than £10 for adults £5 kids and £1 for U11s or something

It's a glorified training session let's be honest
Bear in mind Stevenage charged £15. Who knows how much Frasers have charged for use of the stadium.
points would have been a good idea.

One thing I hope the Performance Director looks at is training times.

If we usually play early afternoon but train late morning so that by a normal kick off time the players would normally be finishing or warming down then that's not getting their bodies in the correct rhythm. Would like to see us also have some training sessions late evening mimicking an evening KO.

Didn’t Jimmy Hill move training to the afternoon for that reason in the 60s?

I'd reckon it's included or just for staffing the outlets and car parks unless Wasps squandered that are as well!

Mmm checked the CWR schedule - seem to have a program from 6-7 as a preview but no sign of commentary - no sign of a FM schedule which is a bit disappointing
