I’ve said before, but I’m still perplexed as to why the ‘Midlands reporter’ for Five Live, Pat Murphy, is never at a Coventry match. Even when he is doing Championship matches it is always West Bromwich Albion or Stoke City. Can’t get much more ‘Midlands’ than Coventry!
Best ask Rob Gurney.
Never liked Murphy have never ever heard him mention Coventry .

Possibly because there is a BBC CWR so he spends a great deal more time dealing with BBC WM?

Murphy lives in Nottingham and has always had an East Miids bias. This season with 2 clubs in the Prem over there we won’t get a look in. Historically he has always done his best to ignore us.

Excited to see who is going to be revealed as his replacement as there will 100% be one. Robins and King have seen him save us a point at Bristol and set up Simms for the winner at the same ground. Midfield is obviously an area we are weak and I can't see them ignoring that!

The constant demand for evidence whenever offering an opinion is really annoying in modern online interactions

The fact hes an absolute wanker is all the evidence anyone needs.

Have had long day at work, just seen reaction on Instagram to Palmer going and it made me laugh.
He has skill and a physical side to his game and when he is on form (nowhere near often enough) he is an asset.
BUT... fuck me, you'd think we'd just lost one of our best ever players in a couple of decades according to some.

I doubt his ex-teammates will be crying that much: less tracking back for them because he can't be arsed to. Less last ditch defending because he has carelessly given the ball away in key areas.

I genuinely wish him well at Hull, but I think we have done the right thing.

It's the same on The BBC Final Score, last season on a few occasions, NO reports on the Cov Games. 😡

I like KP45.
Best wishes to him. Aasuming he'll get an expected starting role. He will singlehandedly save Hull City from relegation on the last day of the season.

You got any evidence to back up your claim that this is a "constant demand"?

maybe just maybe people will realise now that the palmer move was instigated by something off the field

Training on Wednesday robins and palmer had words. Palmer stormed off. it was a fallout from the Oxford game

king was aware and flew out to Europe to bring someone in last min but that obviously hasn’t materlised
So they sold him anyway.

because there was no going back from bust up

if they didn’t have a fallout we wouldnt have sold him especially without a replacement in mind
Then I guess there will be no moaning this year about not having enough options.
