Cba to write them all out, but I thought there were a lot of good performances out there today. We were the better team from the start and I think Robins needed to do a bit more tactically.

Our xG was probably 12.
Just one of those finished for a goal and it's a win and a totally different SBT forum reaction.

everyone gets a 7 from me.

But there's a couple who aren't invited to the after game pizza party

Dovin 7. Remains solid, looks comfy at his feet. Good few punches and stops. Faultless for the goals.

JDS 7 largely good, good few tackles. One or two errors in there but mostly ok.

Thomas 6. Think his positioning for their goal was a little sus. Like he was drawn between his position and the crosser (which MVE was on) which left us a bit short of bodies. Though will need to watch back to see. Otherwise ok.

Kitching 7 little of note.

Lati 7 as above until subbed off.

Eccles 7.5 great tackle at the back. Looked a bit freer with the change in formation. Legs went a bit towards the end.

Torp 7 step up from other games with some excellent work first half, but died off in the second half.

MVE 8 really fucking good going forwards and at the back, ain't he?

Rudoni 7 creatively a lot better today. Linked up well.

EMC 6 quiet game for him

Simms 6.5 in the game more. Great header (though abysmal defnding) and he does work hard.

Subs of note, Wright BTA 6

Overall I thought the changes looked good. With the extra man at the back there seemed to be less pressure on the mids, which freed Eccles and torp up a bit and allowed Rudoni more space. Passing first half was very crisp in places and good cross field balls to split the lines. Still missing some pieces.

Such biased ratings. Fekkin joke that some are scoring Rudoni more than our goalscorer Simms. He doesn't score, he doesn't create. If anyone can tell me the point of him please let me know.

No trick show pony.

You change the formation for something different when you're losing. I usually moan at Robins making like for like changes on 63 minutes, but 1 nil up, absolutely need to change anything and today he decides is the day he should. Pathetic decision.

You gave Rudoni and Simms the same score?........
That was a general 6 for a 'meh' result. No real thought to one over the other.

Thought Allen should have come on for Torp who was flagging and risking a second yellow with shirt pulling. And Bassette on for Simms.

Still down here in a macdonalds near Elstree.

First half we were great. Shame Eccles missed that open goal.

Second half was a bit meh. Both teams had chances. Glad not to lose at the end of the day. Torp was my MOTM. Thought Rudoni was good too.

Sure I didn't imagine but anyone else who was down here hear Dougs song being booed by some of our fans?

I can't imagine any scenario where Allen needs to come on tbh.

Hopefully MR feels the same.

Eccles our highest fotmob rating again, he's getting Sheaf level ratings so far this season
But he's league 1 standard at best 🙄
I thought our much maligned midfield were very good today , not perfect but very good, EMC was generally quiet, should've had at least 1 possibly a couple but his cross for Haji was superb
Dovin and their keeper both made great saves
Overall it was a much improved performance where I'd have taken a point beforehand but left slightly disappointed we didn't get all 3

Milan for me.

I didn't notice Eccles or Torp that much first half, thought they were just doing their job.
That's what I want from a midfield. Keep it tidy, move the ball onto the attackers. Let them do their job. They didn't.

No one was poor, let’s be honest. We played against a confident decent championship outfit and got a point. They weren’t going to play as bad as they did in the first half. Some of you are too blinkered and fail to acknowledge the opposition

For a neutral it was a great game of football. Rather we create chances than not. Although wright missed the header he would have scored 1 of EMC's chances in the first half.
