That comment was his justification for sacking Robins.

So hy his own admission he made the wrong decision.

But ultimately, he was explaining his sacking.

What he said has come true and it would have under Robins or any manager.

Sure but I trusted him to get it right , no issue whatsoever

Depends what you consider right. He's been given more money than the vast majority of managers at this level and alongside Austin recruited what seems a very average side.

A new manager is now in a position where he needs to get this average side moving.

It's not that average when you consider where we finished last season with much of the same squad .

And you can blame doug for not paying cal his worth

Absolutely. He worded it poorly. He was justifying sacking a manger who ultimately played a huge part in leading us to 24 points at Christmas.

Doug should have had the new manager in early and took too long for me personally.
Doug should stay away from the football side and appoint a proper man to take care of the football club

are you thick?
He sacks robins because he didn’t want us to be on 26 points at xmas

we are on 24

it’s on him for coming out with rubbish like that

spouting rubbish
He made himself a hostage to fortune with that comment.

so you’ve just contradicted your own point

you said sisu would sell but we didn’t despite king not taking over till mid Jan
The King deal was announced on the 10th January, so at that point (1st JAN), they'd have been in advanced negotiations with King. If they'd gone ahead and sold two of their main assets, the whole takeover would have been in jeopardy.

Are you thick or something?

King said he sacked robins because he didn’t want to be on 26 points at xmas

we are 24

took 9 points from a possible 24 since he sacked him

He was justifying it and worded it poorly. It will come back to bite him but ultimately what he said was right.

My only gripe with the owner currently is that he thinks this side is good enough - He can rectify that in January if he chooses to

Austin was a SISU appointment, however his position is becoming untenable and if this side hasn't improved by May then I expect action to be taken in regards to his employment

what you talking about?

if sisu were gonna sell them 2 it would have been straightaway

they were never selling them 2 in Jan

Yeah it’s not like they tried to sell O’Hare (who you think is amazing) to Burnley in summer 2022 is it?
