Birmingham Villa and us all at home that weekend. At least one game will be moved because of policing

Not necessarily, depends who the opposition is. West Mids are used to policing Villa, Blues, Cov, West Brom, Wolves & Walsall. Not unusual to have 3 at home.

Unless we win and get Everton away in the next round, it’s a shite draw 🤣

Probably winnable given Ipswich have a survival to chase (as unlikely as that is)

Unlikely??? They have the best chance of the three promoted team and it have largely competed excellently throughout.

If I was a betting man I would say they stay up over Everton!

There are three certainties in life, Everton avoiding relegation by the skin of their teeth is one of them.

Happy with that draw. Should be a good game, fair chance of a 'shock.'
It would hardly count as a giant killing though, so not much of a shock.

Hope the club don’t charge as much as Tamworth did.

Makes CBS hospitality prices look reasonabl.

Ticket prices Main standTerrace
Adults£42£38
Over 66's£37£33
Under 17's£34£30
Under 10's£29£25

Hard to argue it didn’t offer value for money in the end.
I lived in Tamworth for a while. Not a supporter, but even if I was I don’t think I would have paid that much. Definitely not for an under 10.

Is watching your team doggedly defending value at £42?

Given the outcome was as probably expected.

Its the FA’s fault, stopping replays to pander to the big clubs who have all the money and huge squads.

Bastards.

First instinct good draw as they are fighting relegation and will field a weakened team. Then I saw their lineup against Bristol Rovers.
Need to be firing all over the pitch to stand a chance.

We will probably end up on a Thursday night or something so they can show it in Timbuktu

Just get rid of the dumb blackout and straight off there's a chunk of games you don't have to move to show on iplayer.

Do you know when the TV Dates (and thus all other dates) for the 4th round are rubber stamped? I thought it was usually in the first week after the draw?

I don't know how this always takes so long, not like we're waiting on replays. And they know which order the TV companies get to pick in.

Surely once you've made the draw you just say to whoever has first pick which game do you want, then move on to the second pick etc etc

I'd imagine probably Monday. The 3rd round finished Tuesday night. The terrestrial channels will pick their's first, then international TV and then jiggling the games about based on restrictions (e.g. Birmingham and Villa not at home on the same day, etc). It is frustrating that it takes a week to sort out though!

Not yet but you can guarantee we'll get the worst kickoff times. 🙈

It does seem a bit redundant now that you can watch any game all the way down to league 2 on your tv or even phone for free. At this point it is in the clubs interest to get some money for it.

I understand the sentiment that you want people in the ground but everyone has had a choice of watching for free by streaming for pretty much 5 years+ and most grounds are still pretty full.
