The 90s was definitely the best era for football kits - some absolutely iconic kits of ours!
Oggy
That yellow top torp is in is sexual.
Yeah it looks like he's had a nose job.
I think that's the worst one, apart from the 90s checkerboard. That yellow top torp is in is sexual.
Looking around on the semi-final day v Man U, there was a sense of pride of how good some of our clobber looks even after 30-40 years. The Oggy one is stuff of nightmares.
Cool though, we've had some class kits over the years that still would look great now
I was with you until the last lineLooking around on the semi-final day v Man U, there was a sense of pride of how good some of our clobber looks even after 30-40 years.
The 90s was banger after banger and the in-house kits in the early 00s is my favourite era of kits.
Just to clarify, it is the period covering 1990-2004. The Robbie Keane kit, first season in the Championship, 2002/03and 03/04 were pretty solid kits.I was with you until the last line

Regardless of opinions on the checkerboard top, don't you think Bidders just looks right in it? The same way Big Mo did, I guess. It screams warrior.I think that's the worst one, apart from the 90s checkerboard.
I never liked the original purple and yellow ones either, or the Mick Quinn kit.
The one EMC is in, however, is one of my favourite CCFC kits. Only beaten by the original Hummel and the Two Tone.
I’ve got quite an obscure Cov Le Coq Sportif jacket that a few new people comment on every game I wear it.Wembley seems to always be a mini competition of who can wear the most obscure Coventry City shirt, I love it

I’m hoping we release the yellow ribero Cov top and the black and green Pony top from the existing retro ranges. Then all we need to remakes of the Le Coq Sportif numbers. Just take all my money now!
I had a Le Coq training top back in the day that I used to wear when I actually went football training. Probably wore that more than any other garment of clothing I've ever owned and it was still going strong when I'd packed up and was too fat to wear it. Wish I still had it though tbf.I’ve got quite an obscure Cov Le Coq Sportif jacket that a few new people comment on every game I wear it.

The Kit@ kits, minus the last season at Highfield Road kit, the quality in kits went massively downhill barring 3-4 seasons.
I think Kit@ was some weird sub division of Puma, a couple of teams had them around the time then switched to Puma same as we did.
I think my main issue with the actual in house kits is that I didn't live in Coventry growing up and if I wore one people just thought it was a market knock off
first two were ok really. didn't mind the Ajax away and that yellow and blue one we had for a bit either

And weirdly also, Glastonbury!Wembley seems to always be a mini competition of who can wear the most obscure Coventry City shirt, I love it
Don't associate David Smith with that kit at all.
