Madness how he says what he thinks and the uproar šŸ¤£ everybody trying their hardest to be the most politically correct.

A true British great who truly says what he thinks.

those complaining are those ā€œmenā€ who have no rule over their wife and allow them to wear the trousers. Tell them they canā€™t go to the football and have to go shopping instead.

Words to the effect that when we talk about Man utd, it's the mens team we are talking about not the women's.

His Co host (some random Karen that no ones ever heard of and must of wondered out of the kitchen) took exception to the comment and called him a dinosaur.

It's true though isn't it. The TV companies do it on purpose. Ah, I didn't know Arsenal were playing Yanited today... oh they're not.

They need to just let the women's game be what it is. It has become an agenda and the equal pay shite is a joke. Going by their theory, L2 players should be paid the same as Prem players.

No issue if you don't enjoy women's football , does he have too ?

My daughter plays at a good level and i enjoy watching her play

We don't all have to think the same

That's a reasonable, level headed person's response.

Not the jumped up, agenda pushing wanker approach. Ironically, the forced you must like it and look at it at the same level as mens football, probably does more harm than good for the girls/women's game.

It's the truth though. Nobody says man utd to talk about the women. Just sky and bbc

Wasnā€™t the issue him saying ā€œnobody caresā€. I could be wrong. Obviously some people do.

I donā€™t.

Yeah, he did and was a bit aggressive/clumsy about it but like with all social media these days a lot of the people who been going mad about what he said are missing a bit of the context

He was talking specifically about United and their project (150)

Why is it a news story that two presenters on a talk radio station had an argument? Isn't that what they're paid to do?

Thought so. File under nonsense then.

Please feel free to be offended.
No it's more pity for someone filled with such hatred towards women, for so long on SBT. Any excuse to have a meltdown. Andrew Tate is a effectively a criminal mate not someone to admire.

I am not sure what Andrew Tate has to do with it.

Brazil is often an oaf but he actually said nothing wrong - it was more the sensitivity of the response that is telling.

Wtf??? I've no idea what your sad little agenda is, we are talking about Alan Brazil here.
My "tongue in cheek" comment was a light hearted jibe at the expense of women in football, which is a relevant topic at present.
Quite why you feel the need to have a sissy fit and reference Andrew Tait is beyond me.
If anyone is hate filled it's most definitely you!
Now go and calm down Karen.

Deflection as ever trying to undermine people's woke 'sensitivities' rather than address the misogynistic diatribe of this frothing gammon that gets wound up by women! Its relevant to mention Tate as clearly Fatso sympathizes with the adolescent views of Tate... which is essentially what is driving Brazil's attitude albeit a little less blatantly. Genuinely hoping Fatso can overcome his misogynistic view of the world and seemingly very bitter experience of women, and can lead a more fulfilling life - we need a calmer nice world for our daughters, wives, sisters, mums and future generations to grow up in. Apologies if that offends anyone on here.

I really donā€™t think Iā€™m deflecting and have a long record on here of defending womenā€™s rights.

Why? I forgot that atrocity was just around the corner.
Nothing to do with the racing Grendel, just the varying stages of sobriety from the first day to midweek to his lack of appearence come the last day and the excuses that are given

Looking forward to him broadcasting for some of the cheltenham festival
I did like to listen to Talksport, him and Mike Parry especially, but switched over after he had a massive tantrum because Cheltenham was called off on one day due to really bad weather. He was like a spoilt child complaining because he missed out on a free piss up and went on a right rant about it.

I nwas listening to this I think he was saying health and safety along with corporate sponsership had ruined racing, in the next breath he said some thing like ' your listening to the Alan Brazil breakfast show live from the paddy power box at Cheltenham

Nobody should ever get rattled by Talksport, that's their job to get people enraged and engaged. Durham the master of it, Cundy and O'Hara have some characters on when travelling back from midweek games and Jordan wraps people up too. The only shows actually worth listening to are H&J (or Baker) and Andy Goldstein.

It was a stupid comment obviously baiting for this kind of reaction.

While talking about their "Mission 21" (winning 21st title) the other presenter just mentioned in passing they have a similar project, "Mission 1" for the women's team and Brazil took it as an opportunity to punch down.

It's the kind of thing that is damaging if you hear people saying "no one cares" about the women's game.

Tbf in what way damaging? Is anyone who liked it before going to be put off because Alan Brazil says it's irrelevant? If anything the conversation has provoked more exposure.
