You’ve been off the mark lately but I agree with this. I thought he had a really good game. Very strong with the ball.Come off it lol great goal but EMC offers a lot more from what I’ve seen.

EMC gets a lot of stick in here, he was far better than Wright last night. I like Wright, he's great but i think people see what they want to see sometimes.
Paterson might actually need to start soon regardless with the games coming thick and fast. Could always hook him at half time if he's blowing.

He is better in that position but that doesn't mean shield from all criticism, he was poor last night. Didn't look after the ball, didn't make himself a handful for defenders, didn't make good runs. He's capable of all those things.Wright is better on the left and running at defenders - he should get back there and use his pace
EMC is busy trying to tackle himself these days in any caseWright needs to go wide left again really. The EMC signing has always been a weird one in terms of squad building regardless of his quality level.
At last a bit of praise for Collins. Personally I think he had a good game. His distribution was good.Just noticed Brad Collins kick set up the goal, it went direct to Rudoni. Good on him!
I agree Clint. Most performances i'd just rate as beige as fuck. His was the only one i'd call out as been actually bad.Thought Wright was terrible last night. Yakubuesque levels of non movement at times.
Even though I didnt think it was a great performance I thought everyone was OK individually apart from him.
I can't agree with that, its given us great depth out there. Wish we had similar on the right.Wright needs to go wide left again really. The EMC signing has always been a weird one in terms of squad building regardless of his quality level.

Some people need to get used to the fact that our season depends on him and he needs our backing. If it was Dovin in goal last night he would have got nothing but praise.

I've travelled extensively for work and I don't doubt there are some nice bits but where I have worked down there have been boggin. As someone who's live in a few places in the UK and travelled it extensively with work, I can assure you it's really not.
Granted, like everywhere, it's got it's problem areas but it's a really nice city. Coastline all around it, nice beaches, good shopping at Gunwharf and nice marina at Port Solent. There's a lot to do for families and it's generally a clean enough city.
The people are genuine and down to earth as well. Salt of the earth types.
In all fairness he only had to face one shot, and it was a tame one. Although they broke well, particularly in the first half Portsmouth's end product was pretty toothless for the most part.
Distribution was very good from him throughout though.
He was LOLIf Sheaf was slow and laboured (he wasn’t), I wonder what that makes sloth Grimes…

Is he backup? He plays a lot for a backup.I get the need for squad depth put spending £4m on a backup LW is a pretty bizarre use of budget.
Thought he had the game he needed: uneventful clean sheet.
He was flapping in no man's land again when Kitching headed against our bar from their corner

Haji has those games though, when he’s poor he’s really poor.Thought Wright was terrible last night. Yakubuesque levels of non movement at times.

Eh that’s par for the championship goalkeeper course.

Comes up with clutch moments at big times which is why it’s a tough decision to sub him
He's back and EMC is still playing? You seem desperate for an argument but its almost like some players aren't bought as backup, we bought him because we thought he would add to the group and presumably given the amount we paid we hoped he'd push for a starting place. He has...Funnily enough that will happen when the first choice LW has been out for nearly 4 months....
If we are to get into the POs and there's far more at stake his mentality does worry me though.
He's not going to get the same luxury against better teams.
Fans just need to suck up their Wilson cope and back Collins for 5 games (hopefully more.) I doubt we see either of them next season.Mentality is built on easy clean sheets and being thrown into the home fans after a win tho. Wilson has taken on mackem Buffon levels of mythology since his injury but is and has been second and third choice for a reason. Just got to hope Collins can dust himself off, the squad and management seem to be backing him.
I think he was intended as the Wright replacement but at this point he’s looking more like a decent back-up player (if we’re serious about winning promotion). I’ve said it plenty of times but we overpaid by a couple of million for him.Wright needs to go wide left again really. The EMC signing has always been a weird one in terms of squad building regardless of his quality level.
I imagine we’ll try to move Collins on and Wilson will continue getting paid for not doing a lot as third choice for the next 2 years.Fans just need to suck up their Wilson cope and back Collins for 5 games (hopefully more.) I doubt we see either of them next season.
It wasnt Kitching. It was Poole. He was flapping in no man's land again when Kitching headed against our bar from their corner
That's how i see it playing out. Linked with another keeper as soon as Dovin got injured weren't we?I imagine we’ll try to move Collins on and Wilson will continue getting paid for not doing a lot as third choice for the next 2 years.

Collins will move on and become first choice in league 1 or a lower championship sideThat's how i see it playing out. Linked with another keeper as soon as Dovin got injured weren't we?
