No because I think Simms is better for the team? I just don’t understand why a player who has far less experience and is much younger gets pelters when Simms is hardly living up to expectations himself. They’re also both completely different styles of player.
Robins freezing out Kitching was stubborn and stupid and ultimately contributed towards him losing his job.So so good today, how anyone looks at our defence and doesn’t think Kitching should be starting every week is madness. Shout out to Collins aswell
There’s no comparison. Simms might not be what we need for top six, but is a professional footballer who has shown ability to play at this level. Bassette looks like a competition winner. Tavares looked miles ahead at the same age. Rudoni is only three years older and bossing the game. We’ve got promising young strikers, I don’t see why he’s getting minutes tbh.
We’ve seen glimpses of Simms ability for sure. His stats which I think @stupot07 posted for today suggest he didn’t do as well as you think he did. He was good against Hull.
Bassette also looks like a professional footballer, just a young / naive one. The game changing in WBAs favour at the end wasn’t just due to him replacing Simms, or do you genuinely think it was?
I agree with the fact we have promising young strikers - excited to see if Obikwu comes good. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
I don't really get it. If he was older sure but at 20 there's so much room for improvement. I think he gets a loan next season depending on the squad, although i also wouldn't be surprised if he moved Simms and BTA on and freshened up the CF options completely.
We don't get legitimate ones!We don't get those. Total BS.
I think both Simms and BTA could be moved on with Bassette out on loan.I think I’d maybe be a little surprised to see Simms move on tbh. I do think they’ll be looking at loaning out Bassette though and getting in another more experienced CF?
He nearly created the winner last week against Hull with a good run down the channel, and a superb pass to Milan. No I don’t. I just he he’s embarrassingly off the level and bringing in others who you don’t think are great is just a deflection. I want us to bring in at least one striker in the summer ideally, that’s a whole conversation. But right now I’m just annoyed someone is getting minutes and we paid millions for them when they seem so poor. And saying they’re young is irrelevant. We’ve seen young players before. Even the ones now playing in the National League looked better at this level than Bassette does.
There are so many things with this post which are ridiculous, but I think I’ll just leave you to it as I’m just going to enjoy the winNo I don’t. BTA I can see going, but more because I think he wants to be the main man somewhere.I think both Simms and BTA could be moved on with Bassette out on loan.
I still don't understand the BTA signing.I think both Simms and BTA could be moved on with Bassette out on loan.
3-1 get your house in itvLife savings going on your next prediction mate

From what i've heard, i'd say you're right.BTA I can see going, but more because I think he wants to be the main man somewhere.

Distribution was decent, collected a couple of crosses and cleared his lines well. We all know he’s not prime Dida but the bar is so low at the minute a quiet game for him at the minute is exactly what we needCollins? He didn't have to do anything
Said this earlier, I think dropping Kitching will be his biggest mistake this seasonRobins freezing out Kitching was stubborn and stupid and ultimately contributed towards him losing his job.
Luckily it worked out, Lampard has been a major coup for us.
Could've gone in January, had the bid been enough. I've heard he will be moved on if the right bid comes in.I know nothing intel-wise myself! I’m just going by him seeming like a driven fella, he seems like he wants to be playing and he’s not!
mr magoo.Who was the ref
Almost like Lampard knows what he's doing. Wilson is a paid mascot now and fair play to him, good work if you can get it.No, but seriously, Collins’ distribution is miles and miles better than Wilson’s, and makes a huge difference in allowing us to play out the back with a back four. Happy he’s put a few solid games together.
Got to the happiest guy on here. Can stop pretending West Brom are a good team now and hopefully currently dog walking his father in law around the house.
He's too busy laughing at his in laws
@TomRad85 did.
You don't need to gloat too much, if they watched that they'll know what they saw. We looked miles ahead.@TomRad85 did.
Just settling down - thanks mate.
Nerves and subsequently the bog were shredded in the morning.....
Bit of an anti -climax as it was fairly comfortable!
Mind you, the meltdown on the group chat, and the Mrs here has been monumental!
I'm being quite magnanimous and it is winding her up even more!!
This sounds so wrong.Got to the happiest guy on here. Can stop pretending West Brom are a good team now and hopefully currently dog walking his father in law around the house.
Wish we’d have scored a few more as some payback for all the twattings we’ve had from them over the years. You don't need to gloat too much, if they watched that they'll know what they saw. We looked miles ahead.
