A real toss up. Eagles have got the better all round team but Id prefer chiefs to win and with Mahomes you just can’t bet against them.

Trouble is if KC win, we'll never hear the last of it!
I think (hope) that Barkley, Smith. Brown, Goedart et al will be enough to cover for Hurts' weaknesses. The rookie-on-rookie match up between de Jean and Worthy will be interesting.

Thank you Rob

Yeah I get that for a neutral, it'd have been a tough watch. 38-35 last time out was pretty competitive though.Had 14 years of following them until Andy Reid (ironically) got us to the big game.

No team repeats the NFC East so it's all up for grabs next year.

Hope next year works out for your team and with all the games coming up in UK, Ireland and Spain you get to see your guys soon / again soon 🏈

Well I guess if the knobhead Eagles get to celebrate a win at least the horrible Chiefs lot have taken a battering.

Will be good to see some fresh blood in the big one next year, sick of Chiefs, Eagles, 49ers rotation with the Chiefs just taking over from New England.

It is you know. Or certainly can be. You can watch it like it IS live. Done the same myself a few times and it's been no different. Not for me anyway.

Don't look at the internet, just watch the recording. No difference.
Don’t look at the internet!!!!! What!!!!

Lot of credit to Howie Roseman - eagles GM. Knows how to build a roster.
Chiefs top 4 earners accounting for 40% of their cap - 3 of them not worth the money. Eagles have noone above 7% of the cap. Plus drafted really well.
Mahomes carried Chiefs offense all season behind a line that couldn't protect or establish any sort of run game. Eagles O line gave Hurts a lot of time and can open gaps for the run.
Won't be surprised if Kelce retires before he is shown the door.
Wasn't surprised Eagles went up early. Bit surprised by the ease of it all.

I am the same Pete, I can't watch a game as live after it has finished, especially CCFC, and want to know the score asap. My brother tries to watch F1 or motogp as live but has the problem of stopping me telling him 🤣 If I want to watch a motogp live that happens early morning then I have to get up.

Wow - that was a performance. So pleased for Cooper DeJean with that INT return, and Mahomes hasn't faced a D-line like that all year. I think the Birds took their foot off the gas and allowed Chiefs to gain a bit of a respectable score. Or maybe they got tired. Couple of weird flags - that pass interference call against A J Brown early on was odd, i thought.

I think if the Eagles can hold on to the core of this squad, they could have something of a dynasty now that they found the winning habit. Josh Sweat, Zack Baun and Kenny Gainwell are all free agents this year, as is Brandon Graham, who will probably retire. I'm still not entirely sure how the draft and free agent scheme works in the NFL, so i may be talking out of my backside!

Fly Eagles, Fly .... 🦅🦅🦅🦅

100 percent. I don't watch anything live if it a middle of night anymore. Sleeps too important as I get older

I just don't check results and watch first thing in the morning. Feel much better for it too

Watching the extended highlights works for me with NFL - takes out all the ads and the time-outs. May lose some of the atmosphere and context of some plays, but i enjoy it.

Yeah I can't watch NFL live. Even on same day I let over one half of game pass so I can fast forward inbetween plays.

Game in 40 works well on gamecenter.

Love finally having a QB rookie contract that enables us to have an aggressive free agency. Vikings go out and address the issues that have plagued them for seasons. A proper centre, a guard & two good DTs. Not sexy positions but the major weakness for us for far too long.

I don't get how they can vote on the MVP before the SuperBowl. I'm not saying Hurts should have got it over Allen, but the Bills (and Jackson's Ravens too) play in a second-rate division and they have lost to the same team in the AFC game for 5/6 seasons.

Glad Seattle got rid of Geno I couldn’t stand him, more sad to see DK go but he is trouble. Darnold let’s wait and see.

Sanders slipping outside the first is a big shock.

I was hearing rumours lots of scouts weren’t keen on him but you always expect a QB needy team to jump.

Lot of insider talk that he's a problem - ego, decision-making, coachability etc.
may still go to the Browns at top of Round 2.

I wonder what the Dept of Homeland Security will do when they hear 67,000 Philadelphians screaming "Jihaad" when their new linebacker Jihaad Campbell puts in a sack on Mahomes! Good pick for the Eagles, and will probably be popular being a Jersey boy!

Can anyone explain to me in simpleton's terms how a team "trades up" a to get a pick higher up the draft? E.g. what did the Jags have to do to swap their place with the Dawgs (2nd for 5th). Never understood it.

You just package up your own picks, current or future, and players and offer them to another team.

So in this trade you’ve got lots going back and forward so it looks quite complicated but essentially Jax are giving up enough other and future picks for the Browns to accept moving back.

An example would be a team moving up for 4 to 1 because they’re desperate for the top prospect in the draft. The team in 4 gives the team in 1 their 4, their second round pick and then the next two first rounds. Thats enough for the team in one to drop back to 4.

Happy with the so-called "safe pick" of a top Guard @24. Totally revamped the IOL which had basically killed us at the end of last season.
Going to protect the "new" QB and give us a chance to run the ball as well - loved the move of taking Mason from the 49ers for a 5th round pick.
Can't play in the upper ends of the NFC now without a good O line the way defenses are "swarming" the interior.
If we can find some safety cover in the 3rd round and secondary back-ups lower down it's a much stronger roster than 2024.

There are value charts for each pick eg 1st pick worth a 1000 pts, 2nd 717pts, 32nd (last 1st round pick) 184 pts, 6th & 7th round picks less than 10 points. According to one of the main models Browns gave up picks worth 755 pts and received 655 pts for this year's draft + a 2026 first rounder (which could be worth anything between 184 and 1000pts next year).

Eagles traded their 31st pick in the 1st round with KC at 32 plus a 5th round pick. I kinda get it now - but the points tally is useful, thanks!!

I just watched Jihaad Campbell's 2024 highlights, and MAN, is he fast off the edge or from the back! QBs and RBs are gonna have to be on their game to avoid him and Zack Baun!

i liked the pats choice, they have a great potentially franchise young QB who was sacked something like 34 times last year. No point in taking anything but OL help, you can't win if you QB is lying on his back all the time.

This Sanders fall is getting silly. Maybe character/profile issues but his upside as a QB is ahead of the likes of Slough & Gabriel.
