I’ve defended Simms as much as I can, and he’s not gonna do much in a ref ruined game like this. But I just can’t stomach him basically wandering around anymore. In 45 mins he’s had several warnings from Grimes to dig deep and get involved. They all need to break barriers and dig deep now, brush up on our first touch in general. Simms needs to grow some or do one.

Have you actually seen the replay? Dasilva's knee clips the players back foot which causes him to trip himself.

If Dasilva's knee doesn't make contact, he doesn't trip and there is no decision.
