I hope not.

Glad I'm not the only one who finds people who argue a viewpoint "for the sake of it" tiresome.

No he's not, but he is someone who didn't grow up locally or support CCFC until I converted him when he was 20 (that's 16 years ago). He's been going away every week to get around paying SISU, but has understandably had enough. He lives on the Northants side of Rugby so they are his next-closest local team.

Didn't realise, Cov aren't my nearest team either so I'll start following a new one now.

Apparently a big announcement on BBC Northampton tomorrow. So, that's it then.

Sent from my Galaxy S4 using Tapatalk 2

well 7,000 cov fans went to watch George Hudson play for Northampton days after he left cov.
They were well pissed off that JH had sold him.It trebled the normal gate.

I was there - still can''t stop idolising the great man - super memories of his outrageous skills

I have it on good authority that the good news is that CCFC and the Cobblers have agreed to share the redevelopment costs for a new stadium.
The divisive news is that CCFC will officially become the feeder club for Northampton Town following last seasons trial with players such as Platt, O'Donovan and Cameron. :thinking about:;)

Believe it or not, he didn't support anyone until I got my Sky Blue claws into him! He jokes often about how I'm to blame for the suffering he's endured.

Well as BHSB said they want to develop land around Sixfields which they wanted to do for a while, maybe - and hopefully - that's their big news. Ours is we're still at the Ricoh! I can live in hope!

Surely sky will snuff em out and break it first,If we're on the radar or It's genuine.

It's been ongoing for 8 years and is absolutely massive for us a club.

There will be another big announcement tomorrow or Friday, lawyers signed the deal off today for the ground share.

A deal has been struck between The Cobblers and Northampton Borough Council which will see the authority loan the football club up to £12 million for the redevelopment of the Sixfields Stadium.

And the loan repayments are assisted with the revenue we'd bring for 20 + games a season deal

We cant announce a groundshare until we come out of administration.seeing as that will be after the season starts the announcement is more likely we will be playing at the ricoh..

If it is confirmed that the groundshare is Northampton I would question the wisdom of their council agreeing to the redevelopement knowing that NTFC have been talking to SISU:facepalm:
My warning to their council be afraid be very afraid:eek:

You forgot a comma, between "us" and "a", I am guessing what you are trying to say is "absolutely massive for us, a club" well, sorry old bean you are not in my opinion "a club" we however used to be, indeed you may have heard of us, we were Coventry City FC.

Funny thing is we are rebelling against Coventry City Council by giving money to...Northampton City Council.
