I'm not going to criticise someone for wanting to watch their team and I'm not going to do so if they do go and watch Home matches at Northampton. However just because of the above it doesn't mean I support their decision or indeed agree with it.

Support it on a temporary basis. Hate the soulless, plastic Ricoh and a chance to move from it to another ground in the city is a welcome one for me.

A temporary basis should surely be a year max, not 3 years minimum!

Be careful what you wish for - suspect SISU will buy a bit of land, get some architect to draw a nice picture - and then wait as long as they can, hoping ACL etc let them have the Ricoh for a bag of humbugs and a fiver. At which poin they sell their little patch of land - or if they can't have the Ricoh, they'll flog the land and liquidate the club (including the barrow at Tescos)

If SISU could show a business plan where this all works out for the best then maybe I could take moving for 3 years but I can't see this just being for 3 years. Be lucky to have planning permission by then. Think we'll be looking at nearer to 10 years than 3. And there doesn't seem to be a business case for it. By the time we come back, if we ever do, we're looking at over £100m in debt and you can bet we won't own the new ground and will be paying rent to SISU. How is that going to help anything?

i think around 4000 loyal supporters will be cheering on the lads in Sky Blue

the rest will be outraged watching Jeff Stelling and Paul Merson... or shopping with the missus

you sound almost delighted by this shit storm

I am not in the slightest I wish we could stay in Coventry, but Steven Pressley said it on SSN "It has to be in a viable situation" which at the Ricoh under SISU's tenure it won't be..

You saying the rest of us aren't loyal Matesx?

I have been going for over 40 years but won't be going to Northampton. Does this mean I am not a loyal fan anymore? :thinking about:

4,000 away fans, last season we took that number on 3 occasions Emirates, Spurs MK Dons. " Premier league ground pi$$ ups MK Dons in the middle of a good run and it was Xmas. There will never be 4,000 even if top of the league.

Why? Because he just wants to go and watch a football match?

Yes, because the more support TF gets the more likely he is to continue with his stupid plan.
Those that go need to understand what they are agreeing to.
If you agree then go, but it will be down to you when we end up in a third rate stadium, outside Coventry, poorly supported and god knows what league.

Northampton is my nearerst ground, its realy easy for me to get to and for 3 years I may be able to to put up with it. Who knows it might be fun having a beer in Northampton before the game.

Will I be going??....will I feck!!!!!!

We have become a laughing stock and this just adds to it. I for one will not assist with lengthening the time these people own our once great club.

I am though looking forward to the away games which should see our biggest turnout to date

To suggest it will be down to the individuals that agree to go is patently absurd.

The mess is a combination of many factors - supporters going to games is not one of them.
