if they sell either of them it shows that we have no ambition at all and we will struggle to stay up let alone challenge for anything

Well Christie will leave at the end of the season. If Wigan really are in for him then they need to maximise a fee for once.

So ambition is allowing someone to leave for free a few months later?

If players leave you cant blame sisu after starving the club of income

But Fisher said sisu would fund the losses.

Your not suggesting he lied are you?

We will have done really well if we manage to get through this window without selling anyone....

I agree with that massively!
Sisu would actually deserve a little bit of credit

Especially when Sheffield united just got a big investor lets see

No usually get a decent price for players under 24 if was sold next year they will take into account a 300k bid been rejected and he has improved since then etc

I thought the rules had changed and now there is a set calculation. If Wigan offered a million you would have to accept.

Do you mean if they offered undisclosed?

You can ... we are at a stadium that only holds 7000 so a lot of people could not go anyway.
We had 32000 at one game last year so SISU are directly to blame.
Also a lot of fans, particularly families, struggle to get to Northampton.
So yes SISU are to blame.

I cant believe I am actually saying this, but here goes.

Lets wait until we see what happens today before we start having a go at anyone.

Fisher said Sisu can fund the club for 3 years, even on gates of 1,000.

Nearly got it right Otis. He said SISU will fund the club for 3 to 5 years and that the flock of sheep will be back after a couple of games. Sounds like a couple of cracking games happened but the sheep are refusing to come out of their field (Coventry)

I agree, but who is having a go at them for selling players that they haven't sold. Just mentioning everything they have done lately.

Big difference to funding losses and maintaining a competitive squad via FPP rules I'm afraid.

yes its pretty much impossible to maintain a competitive squad and stay within ffp rules for us over the next few years, know the answer to that? Don't Fracking move to Northampton!

I might be mistaken but arn't the younger players not included? so if we sell the youngsters we are making it harder for ourselves with ffp.

Wrong .... they evidently can put it in as equity but not a loan against the club.
Also they could get around it by say sponsoring the shirts for £10,000,000

Fund as in continue to pay the club's bills to ensure nobody else tries to put the new company into administration. It doesn't mean that they won't sell players if the opportunity arises.

The 32,000 at 1/4 of the usual ticket price on average......
