Fortunately for you, I don't!

If this matter cannot be resolved by the turn of the year then I and all of my colleagues on the Labour Group on Coventry City Council will look to put in place a process which ensures the best possible deal for the people of Coventry in relation to the Ricoh Arena.
I take it you're a glass half full kind of guyGiven up believing any of them about anything.
Expect no Ricoh ever again; no CCFC by March; anyone that can kick a ball to be sold in January; SP to go manage West Brom; Santa to fall off his sleigh leaving the house. You're only ever likely to be pleased to some degree then!
It really is that simple or am I missing something here.:thinking about:
Haven't SISU offered to purchase subject to an independent valuation? The lack of any offer or price!
Haven't SISU offered to purchase subject to an independent valuation?
I don't think so.. Labovich suggested the council and SISU would both get valuations in the early stages of agreeing a sale.. I don't think any 'offer' was made..
It's about time Lucas and her council cronies did the people of Coventry a favour and sold the Ricoh to put an end to this pathetic saga.
It would put much needed funds into council services and return the club to its true home.

I, for one, am looking forward to the new sports franchise they've promised us. I wonder who it's going to be?

"Dont pay rent because they feel its to high, leave and say you want to buy the property, but dont actaully put in an offer for it"

...and that after it they and ACL would move on without the club? Not long now... or was she bluffing?
