In light of current threats regarding potential legal action towards SBT.
I felt it prudent to clarify my own opinion on a few matters.......

I believe that an arena that cost 113 million to build could be worth 4-6 million.
I do not see an issue with that at all.

I think if the Ricoh Arena is not sold for around this value then the club owners should spend 20-30 million over 5 years building a second football arena in the Coventry Area.

I think it is very noble of the owners to cover the costs of the move to Northampton over the 5 years. Some have estimated this to be between 10-15 million.

I understand that because of a poor relationship between the football club owners and the council/Higgs-ACL. It would not be wise to take the financially viable option of free followed by dirt cheap rent to be in Coventry, whilst either building a new stadium or negotiating a different solution.
I understand that no one does business whilst their is bad blood even if it is financially better. I understand that the academy deal is not an example how it can be done and would be done if it suited the owners, despite the bad blood.

I understand that by building a new stadium and putting another 30-40 million debt on top of the current 30-40 million. The long term financial future of the club will be secure and this will lead to the best opportunity for the owners to secure a return on their investment.

I understand that in the fans forums when Mr fisher told the fans details about the new stadium were weeks away. Yet no one has heard a single detail.
This is a complicated business it takes time.

I understand why we have not bought any land yet. Why we have no planning permission.

I understand why we were told the club had moved on from the Ricoh to then be making attempts to buy it. Circumstances change.

I understand that it has taken the owners this long to realise that to get success on the pitch you have the adequately replace what you lose and invest in your youth. It has taken this long and a drop to the third tier but the owners are new in this industry. If we do get back in the championship then I hope they remember what they have learnt.

I understand that the owners were hood winked a bit when they bought the club and that the rent deal was not at the time something that needed renegotiating.
I understand how rent of 1.2 million a year has completely crippled the club has built up our 30-40 million pounds worth of debt over 6 years.

I understand as Mr fisher pointed out that the judicial review is completely for us the fans and SISU have nothing to financially gain from it.
However I do think for a hedge fund to do such an honourable thing is a step too far. It may make them seem a bit soft to the other people in the business. I think if they ask us fans we will say thanks, but save your money and spend it on a bid for the Ricoh.

I believe that if the sky blue trust a voluntary fans supporters group attach an article written by a reputable journalist from a national newspaper.

That if our owners decide to sue the journalist they should also sue the supporters group for letting the supporters know about the article.

In these times of contention it's not my intention to make things plain
I'm looking through mirrors to catch the reflection that can't be mine
I'm losing control now I'll just have to slow down a thought or two
I can't feel the future and I'm not even certain that there is a past

I believe in the worker's revolution
And I believe in the final solution
I believe in
I believe in
I believe in the shape of things to come
And I believe in I'm not the only one
Yes I believe in
I believe in

When I poison my system I take thoughts and twist them into shapes
I'm reaching my nadir and I haven't an idea of what to do
I'm painting by numbers but can't find the colours that fill you in
I'm not even knowing if I'm coming or going if to end or begin

I believe in the immaculate conception
And I believe in the resurrection
And I believe in
I believe in
I believe in the elixir of youth
And I believe in the absolute truth
Yes I believe in
I believe in

There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore

I've fallen from favour while trying to savour experience
I'm seeing things clearly but it has quite nearly blown my mind
It's the aim of existence to offer resistance to the flow of time
Everything is and that is why it is will be the line

I believe in perpetual motion
And I believe in perfect devotion
I believe in
I believe in
I believe in the things I've never had
I believe in my Mum and my Dad
And I believe in
I believe in

There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore

I'm skippin' the pages of a book that takes ages for the foreword to end
Triangular cover concealing another aspect from view
My relative motion is just an illusion from stopping too fast
The essence of being these feelings I'm feeling I just want them to last

I believe in original sin
And I believe what I believe in
Yes I believe in
I believe in
I believe in the web of fate
And I believe in I'm going to be late
So I'll be leavin'
What I believe in

There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore
There is no love in this world anymore

That the land will be bought in the next 3 months.

That planning permission will be achieved in 18 months.

I do not think there will be any further delays.

I think 12k capacity is more than sufficient.

I think expanding one day to 23k shows clear defined ambition.

That appears to me to be either a full circle...or change of mind 1/2 way thro. You went from believing...to thinking...then a fair bit of understanding...before returning to thinking...& finally believing again.
Are you confused...or dizzy...or both!?

I believe the Times Newspaper are biased as are the guardian and they could learn a lot from the CET.

Do you really think the times are biased in this?

We won't own the ground will we?

The jr is purely and simply a legal process to tie everything up there is no moral argument in my opinion but we shall all see soon enough

My club, our club has been taken hostage and most supporters can see the current situation for what it is

Who are these 12000 fans and where are they coming from?

Perhaps they are calling it as they see it, and it is you that are biased?

Remember the guy on the phone in (last week?) who was ranting that the Guardian article was all part of a left wing conspiracy against the poor hard done by hedge fund.......

Wonder what his rationalisation is now?

Presumably that Rupert Murdoch has been a revolutionary communist all along?

The closest we've come to a left-wing conspiracy is the mystery of how Gary McSheffrey kept getting picked last year.

If we are fortunate to get promotion.

I think on top of the funding currently SISU need to provide to make us competitive in league one.
They will also provide more funding on top to make us competitive in the championship.

I do not think they will maintain that this squad is good enough as it is. Plus a couple of free transfers funded by the freeing up of wages.

I do not think returning to the Ricoh and the extra cash generated could have helped with this.

I agree it is better to defend the moral issue and not return.

I agree it is not bizarre that we don't return as we can't do business with them. ( whilst we sign a business deal with them)

I believe that when poll says 60% of people believe something.
It is far more important and we should focus on the 35% of people who believe something else.
