A chance to support CCFC never playing in COVENTRY again?

A very big FUCK OFF! An absolute disgrace!

But if you don't engage how can you complain? Even if you turn up to the meeting just to flip Fishers scale model over shouting "Ricoh 4 lyfe!" at least it's an input.

Unless the location is up for discussion then whats the point?

My support for CCFC will end if they get serious with this idea, so I couldn't care less what it looks like.

Also have to question her loyalty to be honest. How can a Coventry fan oversee the club building a new ground not in Coventry?

If we don't engage we can't rightly complain about the type of food stalls, or what statue we have outside, or where the crest is located that's true, but it doesn't doesn't prevent us continuing to complain about the important things like its size, it's location, the fact it won't be owned by ccfc, or the fact we don't need a new stadium at all, these things are not being consulted on and you won't be welcome if thats what you intend to bring to the forum. So I don't see that not engaging with this farce reduces our right to complain at all.

Well we don't know the location yet.

The fact is they've all but admitted this is a placebo. She says there's images out soon, so the design is finished. As you say we can't influence the location. But if no one who doesn't support the idea turns up then they can legitimately claim fan support.

Also, I don't think it'll happen and all this is a waste of time, but I'd quite enjoy the intellectual exercise.

Sent mine saying only interested if it is in Coventry

You might have wanted to narrow it down a bit more for them than that, they think Coventry is up to 9 miles from the Council House.

In fairness I doubt they even know where we are. After all, they don't have any links to our city.

Like I say, I don't want to be part of it for anything other than I think input at that stage is cool in and of itself.

It'd be silly to go to try and change the things you stated agreed. But I just don't think its wise to sulk about it unless you plan to stop support if were an inch outside the boundary. I don't so I want an input should they actually go through with this.

I asked if she had received her first pay packet from SISU yet..

I found this interesting: “people asking me whether I am working for the club – but that's not the case"

A bit of a less than open & honest statement. Why not just tell us who she IS working for instead of keeping it hidden? And who is paying expenses incurred?
Not a brilliant start...IMO

As a matter of interest are you the same Robo who posts with Keiran? Just asking.

That is correct I did see your username recently on the text commentary and seemed familiar.

I am the one and only.

Thought so. What was happening to the internet today. Poor Keiran must have been tarring his hair out.

He tweeted me earlier to say it was the internet at Northampton at he can't do nowt about it.

Got to feel sorry for him.

Got the email today:

Thank you for your email registering your interest in being involved in the new Stadium Committee.

I am delighted to say that I have been inundated with responses.

I will be inviting you to a meeting in mid January, after I have visited various fans groups. At this meeting I will outline the scope of the Committee and give you more details of exactly what is involved. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions at that meeting.

If you are unable to attend the meeting there will still be an opportunity for you to input your ideas regarding the new stadium, if you wish to do so.

In the meantime, I would like to take this opportunity of sending you best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

Kind regards

Sandra Garlick

People can accuse her of sleeping with the enemy and being in cahoots with Sisu, but adding a hashtag in an email is easily the worst thing she can ever do.

Got the email today:

Guess it shows surnames aren't everything ;)

It's quite a quick turnaround. Guess it was naive of me to wait for further details beyond some artist's impressions really... but surely the scope of the committee should be outlined *before* asking people to apply, so they know what they're applying *for*?!?

Yes Sandra you are the only City fan who does not have an opinion of the owners and the situation that they have put our club in,

You must be a true fan and the only one without an opinion,

Truly neutral..........Hmm?

So, if the designs are drafted, what are we consulting on?

I've dropped her an email, as it includes my second name I seriously doubt I'll be chosen, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

"DRACULA", is it?

All other issues aside, I love these kind of large projects.
