As far as I know the following have been contacted by legal people working for Sisu.

Coventry City Council
The Higgs (Charity)
The Trust
Mary Mungo Midge
PWKH
Football League
The Guardian

Not sure about:
ACL
The Higgs Centre
Trinity Mirror/Coventry Telegraph
CWR presenters
Gary Hoffman
Bob Ainsworth MP

Have I missed anyone else??

Shane it does seem PWKH comes in here a lot less now.

So much for freedom if speech hey

I would suspect that the reason that he doesn't post anything at the moment is because of the legal cases. Quite a good way of shutting people up it would seem - maybe that's why we are hearing from the non executive Mark Labovitch and not Tim.

That's a real shame because Tim has far funnier jokes and better comic timing.

When I win the Euro big one tonight I will pay for someone like Andrew Caldecott QC to take sisu on, then we will see who gets battered in court, thinking though there are a number of well heeled fans who could club together and get a top QC to have a go on AHT's behalf sort of a no win we will pay basis.

I imagine even if the AHT were to win the case, the cretins would appeal and re appeal in any vain attempt to get out of paying their dues. Oh and these extortionate legal fees that will have been incurred, are they to be loaded against the clubs mounting debts?.............

There were strong rumours (when the Trust were sent a letter) that Trinity Mirror/Coventry Telegraph had been sent a letter in the past, but I doubt you'll get anyone from Trinity Mirror to confirm it.

I'll have to nip out at lunch and buy a ticket if it's a big jackpot. I'll do the same if I win the top prize - can you have more than one QC working on a case?

Yeah I heard that rumour too. Not so much lawyers but certainly threats of being cut off from the club.

I'm sure there was another poster who said he'd been contacted, but I may have been thinking of MMM.

I want a lawsuit :(

i seem to remember that when Les Reid covered the Trust/Guardian story he put a link up to the Gaurdian site and then later that day it was no longer there (someone started a thread on here about it at the time) and not long after Les seems to have gone on an extended holiday.

make of that what you will

If memory serves me right I am sure it was around the time the Chinese deal blew off, could be wrong though.

How were they contacted through the site? Private Message?

Didn't SISU or their lawyers contact PWKH directly accusing him of being someone else on here. Think he posted about it on here if someone wants to trawl through and look for it.
