Some of ours aren't too nice either. Wishing car crashes on those who attend Sixfields for example.

Who said that?

I've never seen it said on mass.

that was bang out of order, but i doubt anyone will still be saying it in 30 odd years time about sixfielders. i would hope they aint saying it now and if they are, have a serious word with yourselves.

Someone on here. Does it have to be said "on mass" to be offensive?

No but it has to be said on mass to be representative of a section of the support.

Last weekend I posted the petition on the Sunderland website.

For those who witnessed that experience via my link it was an interesting experience - it shows prejudice, hatred, total single minded devotion to one cause.

It leads me to ask myself some questions regarding "typical" fan behaviour and I draw the following conclusions;

Sunderland fans would achieve 100,000 signatures to a petition very easily

Sunderland fans would not ever make any posts about a management company if it owned the ground -they are only interested in the club.

If the stadium was vacant and hosted any match involving Newcastle under 21's then any forum member even mentioning this in less than utter damnation would need police protection

If the club was no longer in Sunderland due to a rental dispute I would envisage that a lot if fans would still attend even if 34 miles away BUT the owners would be very absent.

No council window would be left unbroken and no councillor who tried to defend the position would even seek re-election

Any poster even attempting to quote statistics to defend the council and its management company would quickly decide that emigration is a suitable course of action.

Fans really do give you the club and the circumstances of that club that you deserve.

Well piss off and support Sunderland then. You quote that Sunderland would do this and that because of a few dozen posters getting the hump because you are after a bite. I know a lot of Tyne and Wearsiders as my dad used to do a lot of business up there along with Geordies and Durham lads. They all seemed to get along fine and absolutely loved us when we went up their for breaks. No ill feeling at all from them towards us. What you had on that post is a few dozen passionate fans spewing at the mouth and then you stoking the fires. Jesus Christ Grendel, a lot on here get like that about you.

so you started a thread on the Sunderland forum to get yourself lots of attention, now it's time for another one here to get yourself the same attention? bored at work with your friends again? roaring with laughter because you manage to wind people up on a forum by posting inflammatory nonsense, what a clever lot you are.

no he can't ever be at work he must be retired (or is that spelt retarded) as he spends most of his life on here, no time for work!

I had the misfortune of living in Sunderland for a while and it was like going back in time. The locals are the most bigoted, racist, misogynistic, homophobic and thick bunch of underclass scum you will ever come across.
I remember going to your away game against them a few years back (wife is a city fan) and they were chanting "town full of packies" at the cov fans.

Grendel one of your more pathetic posts, as stated on here already imagine if sunderland's owners moved them to a ground 35 miles away, their fans like us would boycott in vast numbers. Sisu have lost the support of the sky blue fans by their own actions, their inability to put forward a credible explanation as to why we are where we are. We all know its a distressing tactic with no end in sight playing God with our club, the wrongs of CCC / ACL are well documented but SISU's actions are outrageous cruel and unjustified.

They can't write proper and they can't talk proper. Fuck me, seems like you've been there too long, neither can you.

Get a grip and give it a rest please.

Circumstances mean we ALL to move-on, sooner rather than later. PUSB!

Well, there were a couple of "likes", so not just one. And anyway, isn't one more than enough with that attitude?

Not some on here just 1 person

With some of the things you've come out with that's quite some statement.

Grendel really does have mental health problems !!

Agreed, he undoubtedly has very low self esteem.

All the nonsense he posts is to deliberately attract abuse and mockery which reinforces his belief that he is a worthless and pitiful person. He is actually indulging in a kind of self harm.

A disturbed and disturbing individual.

Strange time for McDonalds to close.

Ah lots of budgets coming in at night? You mean the sort of thing you could look at if you were at home? If they were international dealings they wouldn't expect an answer straight away. And if these budgets were worth anything it would take weeks to go through normally. And why several at the same time?

I haven't read all the comments to this post, but, you haven't taken factor "X" in to consideration.
Sky blues fans have had to live on a diet of shit for the past 40+ years. we have been ripped off lied to stolen from and generally abused for as long as I can remember.
we got low gates because the product was crap and the price to high, people in Coventry arnt as stupid with there money as endless chairmen and directors seem too think, promise the people something worth saving and they will sign in there thousands.
