There were actually travellers / a circus or fair (just saw all the caravans and trucks)

Amazing that people get all narked by something without knowing what it is actually about ;)

full respect to them, I dont know how they do it. Nowhere near home, in smaller accomodation than they really should be and the authorities seem to do nothing to help them.

Cant speak about the travellers though

Honest upstanding travellers. Couldn't park the car in our regular spot as the circus was set up there.I wasn't on the hill, but did walk down it past the Bradford fans wearing BCFC SISU out T-shirts on my way to the game.

To be fair, I am not sure what fight and balls it takes to stand on the hill? Unless they were bare knuckle boxing with the circus folk?

Nick like yourself probably embarrassed that fans of other clubs are doing more to save ccfc than themselves.

Fair play to them yeah. But standing on a hill isn't going to get us back to the Ricoh. Nothing will happen until the judical review.

Tight arsed Yorkshiremen too tight to buy a ticket.

In all seriousness though was nice to see another clubs fans supporting our cause, even if it's in a way I don't personally agree with.

Even though I know you not You should be.

Fair play to them for going to the hill, nothing against them at all.

They don't give it the "You should be ashamed" so why are you?

I have no reason at all to be ashamed of myself, except for the fact I did actually go to buy a pie until I released that card machines hadn't reached that end of the world.

Thank you for your concern steveo but ther were no issue's with the circus folk at all.

i went for the 1st time to the hill last night, i arrived about half way through the 1st half as i had things to do 1st. I was quite shocked as i could hear the crowd singing come on "city, come on city". i thought to myself its not true that the sixfielders are silent witnesses, then i became aware that it was the bradford fans and i didn't hear anything from coventry at all, other than on the hill.

if we're in existance and still there next season i will make a return visit, unfortuantly i'm otherwise engaged for the remainder of the "home" fixtures otherwise i would pop back again this season.

i would however encourage anyone who has thought about going to the hill to go, if only to satisfy your curiosity. a word off warning, just stay away from the 2 bald neanderthal's, they'll lead you astray ;)

You wouldn't have heard anything though would you? The Bradford fans were probably about the same as the city fans, only really got excited if they won a corner or during some good play. Equally both as quiet to be fair, nothing really to get excited about for either team apart from their chances in the first half.

I don't think that anybody in the ground has an issue with people on the hill and vice versa to be honest, it is more than likely people who do neither stirring it up.

My favourite was the group of lads who just managed to sing every players name in the same way.

sky blue john's branching out from exclamating everything to pointing out how everyone should be vaguely ashamed of something or other. It's a bizarre gimmick change.

I'm sure he's going to feel massively ashamed, all because some anonymous cretins on skybluestalk tell him he should be.

Its a funny old place this forum.....

no matter how many times its spelled out to some people...I guess they are just too dumb to get it....

Its quite simple....no city fan has anything to be ashamed of....whether they stand on the hill, pay to go in to sixfields, pay to go to the glory game at arsenal, go away games only, sit on their arse & do nothing, or just come on here & take the piss.....

The only folks to be ashamed are the suits at SISU, ACL & CCC for fucking our club over....
