I will stick up for anyone I see getting called "thick" because they have a different opinion.

You need to understand that your opinion means nothing to anyone but yourself. You are not special, you are not better than anyone else.

Who exactly are you to brand someone as "thick"?

Hahaha you must rarely post on this forum then. I will defend the club's loyal fans from his divisive claptrap. Or do you agree that the fans attending the Ricoh are t blame?

I think you're right, Nick. That'll be the next thing; fans going to to the Ricoh will start to be slagged off. Ably assisted by idiots like beduff.

I won't, I have attended 4 games this season, it would be contradictive of myself. But I can tell you this, I feel ashamed knowing my money has gone to fund SISU 's next court case.

Perhaps we could have a special area where shouty fans can stand?

That way people can shout abuse at those going to a city game on a Saturday, then on a Sunday you, Nick and the rest of the Sixfielders can shout abuse at people attending Wasps.

Hahahaha gullible about what? In denial about what? Because I don't blame the club's loyal fans for funding sisu's court cases. It's wankers like you who will soon start calling the ones going into the Ricoh scabs.

If only you had the balls to say such things without keyboard hey....

Oh well, carry on if it makes you happy.

The only thing I agree with is the right to post any opinion whatsoever on here and not receive a personal insult in retaliation.

Where have I abused anybody other than the dicks who abused people who went to sixfields? I haven't.

Then I expect to see you posting on every thread on this forum. Even defending the posters you don't like or agree with.

Beduff, Like I said, doesn't matter. Im a sky blue til I die (or til the club does). Even if we're playing teams like Boreham Wood or Hyde, im sticking by my team. You pick a side and you stick with it

If people want to start abusing others for going to home games then go for it.

We could have the trust leading it while they wave wasps flags.

It makes me laugh people suggesting that my ticket money will go directly to SISU's lawyers. Next you'll be telling me that if I buy a Big Mac that I'm responsible for funding terrorism. NOPM was not the reason we came back from Sixfields. NOPM is an analogy for not giving a fuck anymore.

I will continue following the team no matter what league we are in. That's the whole point of being a football supporter... you don't quit when it gets tough. And really..in the grand scheme of things.. it's hardly life and death is it.

Well I did actually.

Unfortunately you seem to define abuse as "I don't think fans should attend sixfields".

I have done before. However I am not on here 24/7.

And again, its not about defending posters, its about defending peoples right to post without fear of personal retaliation.

Name calling, even on an internet forum, is a form of bullying.

Never saw you jump to anybody's aid when they were getting called names. Fair play if you were though

I agree everybody should be able to post their opinion, not when they are just on the wind up though ;)

I will look out for you the next time other posters are taking stick.

You're right, I didn't realise the consequences my actions would have. You've got me convinced, thanks for leading me onto the right path.

So what do you think was the reason for us coming back?

NoPM is just another excuse along the lines of "it's too cold", "it's too far", "it's too wet", "it's too expensive", "the football is shit", "the players are shit", "the manager is shit".

Hahahahahaha you can't seriously believe it was because of nopm hahahahahahaha

Getting back to the original post, it won't be the fact we are in league 2 that will stop me going its the whole depression surrounding the club and the poor home matchday experience. No ST for me and son next year unless evidence of a change in strategy

As to the original question...

Everyone needs to take off their blinkers where SISU are concerned. They may be the owners of our football club but I really don't care about that. I don't care who owns our football club other than hoping for better. The real point here is supporting your team through thick and thin because you are a Coventrian and a Sky Blue fan.

To say you won't go to the Ricoh while SISU are there is ridiculous. Are you a fan of your team or not? Change of owners, change of manager whether needed or not should make no difference. I will watch my team always even when I don't like what I see out there.

The bigger point is surely how much support is lost until we perform better and in higher leagues?
I would bet my house on it that fans would return in their thousands regardless of owners or manager if we started winning regular and god forbid we got promoted. They would dwindle again if we were doing badly in the championship too. such is football - so much is linked to success on the pitch. fans are fickle and they can't be blamed for that.

We are poor at the moment, both in form and financially. many simply will not bother and I'm one of them and won't be there tomorrow. that does not make me any less of a fan of my team. like everyone I'll go when things improve or the opposition is at least worth a look. We are in the depths of despair down in league 1 and those of us who remember the heady days of 34 years in the premiership it's a bitter pill to keep swallowing. Apathy sets in and who can blame us? But performances on the pitch will see fans return. bad performances will see then stay away. A hard core of support will always be there I suppose.

Tomorrow I can't imagine the crowd will be very much above 7000.

The nopm brigade and the hillers seem to hold themselves solely responsible for the club's return.

It's interesting that the majority of them also seem to be defending the wasps move to Coventry.

You are doing it again?
what has the Trust got to do with this and all the abuse on this thread?
