I think it's an agreed stance between the two in a desperate attempt to make the show sound interesting.

Ian (Juggys mate) used to do it before - it all sounds very contrived.

Sounds worth a listen. Even if I do not always agree with Juggy, his is building his own legendary status as an observer of the whys & wherefores of the broken football club that is Coventry City FC.

Indeed that is the crux of the matter, if you don't score you don't win games which is much more important since 3pts for a win came in, who would you rather see 3 0-0 draws than a 4-0 win and a couple of 2-3 defeats #entertainment.
