I know people wil say does it matter etc but for me these things can change people's mentalities about the club. If you look a professional outfit you tend to act like one. This reminds me of the team sky death star but no way as cool and alot less gadgets!

Correct Stu.....building & reinforcing the clubs image & identity......besides, it might be the only thing left that we are actually allowed to badge up without written permission from our insect overlords...

Would they paint it or just use a different coach?

I'd assume they'd spray it . I'm thinking Cuprinol DucksBack , that Ronseal is crap .

Agreed. To some people this will seem pointless and I can understand that view but I like stuff like this. We need to change mentality at the club and that means every little single detail. Good stuff. If we want to be respected as a proper football club we need to act and look like one.

I can picture it now with all the players and Mowbray head banging and air-guitaring on the coach with Paint It Black by the Stones blasting out !

If you listen to Mowbray talk on Sky Blue Player in the prematch press conference, he believes in all these things to inspire, motivate and unite and I agree. Feel we are very lucky to have someone who knows so much about the game and looks for any tweak, however small, to get the edge. If any team in the country needs to change the mentality of its entire club and fan base it's us!

Apparently , the female supporters bums don't look as big on the black coach... every cloud an all that .

I know someone who works in a printing place and last season when Mowbray came in they were printing off all this motivational stuff for the players

Does look loads better and more professional!

Agreed. Looks less like "the blue rinse brigade going on a jolly to Spain" and a bit more executive and professional.

Is this not how Jimmy Hill start the sky blue revolution? rebranding??

I can see where TM is coming from and it breath of fresh air imo.

My biggest concern is whether to have net curtains or blinds? I guess TM doesn't really like the idea of nets, gives a gossipy image', so I guess blinds are the order of the day?

Is there any truth in the rumour that TM is doing an internal and external designing course?

Harry Shaw has been re-branding of late and are dropping the orange themselves. They most likely gave the club an option to have a say on the colour as they're going white with an orange stripe on their new coaches.

It would seem so.

Slow news day when you're talking about the merits of changing the colour of the coach.

I'm liking TMs approach on little things like this to be fair but questioning why the coach colour is changing? Can't we make up some rumours about Adebayor coming here or something?!

Looks good, maybe not the most important thing to do on its own but its part of a bigger plan by TM to change the way people, including the players and staff, perceive the club.

On an unrelated subject I saw Adebayor in TGI Fridays at lunchtime. He had a burger so he's definitely signing for us.

Do you feel better now? ;)

Phew. Normal service resumed.

And when I read your first sentence, I started thinking "no way....what are the chances". #alittlegullible
