32GB of RAM is overkill in my opinion, I'd stick with just 16GB or maybe even 8GB as that is all you would use for games. Even if you don't play the latest games I would still get a better graphics card (such as a GTX 750, cheap and can handle most new games) just so if in the future you wish...
