    Sisu QC says council recognised the state aid risk but thought it was OK to become a bank to ACL. This was “ridiculous,” he says. thats the winner line from SISU and the judge cant disagree with that.

    yes and they sisu continue to do so with the JR. remember that as soon as mutton said hell would freeze over before acl sold to SISU ACL became SISUs competitor. SISU had no real alternative but to attack, it was their only way forward. Or be stuck never getting those funding streams and more...

    exactly that is a good question, with the city council prepared to back it all the way there arent any, which then raises monolopy issues, but thankfully that hasnt raised its head in the JR

    there is a cieling of 200,000 euros. after which you need european commision permision, there is no way the council have complied the problem for ccc is the fact they offered so much and kept the matter a secret from SISU, its anti competitive because SISU were making a play for the ownership...
