It was way too early to celebrate promotion before, and way to early to give up on it now. Beat Oxford at home, beat Middlesbrough at home, watch Ipswich struggle through their next 3 fixtures, sit pretty with a 6-point gap two games from now.

xG of 0.59 have we had worse this season?

OK, it's not good... 3 draws in 6 away games in December and January? At least our home form is still very good, Oxford next, then Middlesbrough - that's going to be some fixture...

Yep, win at QPR we've taken 9 from 4 which is still a good outcome. We had a better xG and could easily have been 2:1 up when we gave away a goal. Could easily have taken a point. QPR won't be happy after the last result but why shouldn't it all come together again at our new favourite oppo?

It's not the first game we've lost with a better xG. We are making and getting good chances, they are just not going our way at the moment - but we are still scoring goals. We ARE struggling at the back. But we will make good, if we take 3 points from QPR away that's still a good result across...

Xg 1.25 (Norwich) vs 1.61 (Coventry). We created good chances, there were two good saves from Wright, bar from EMC etc. It's just that all the players - all of them - the goals that went in the first half of the season are now being saved/blocked/hitting post. Still think it's our defense that...
