I'll use Exeter city as a example. Within 10 games they have gone from bottom of league 2 to a point off the play offs using a 3-2 home win against high flying Carlisle. Ok so they were not rooted like us but....
Key stats are.
23 goals
8 wins
2 draws
7 clean sheets
4 goals against
0 defeats.

If only RS can pull that rabbit out the hat in a striker who can bag a few to lift the confidence, and others hopefully chip in too.
7 days..... tick tock

Ill be amazed if we get 8 wins from now until the end of the season let alone in 10 games. We are down and out unfortunately.

we are certainly not out of it yet, other teams will go on a bad run and we WILL win a few on the bounce

I admire your optimism Steve. We've won just 4 games and scored just 23 goals in 27 games. Even if we get a striker in, that's an enormous turnaround thats needed.

Looking at the table Exeter 10 games ago were just 6 points off play offs 2nd from bottom, 1 point from safety, so a completely different scenario than where we are.

4 wins out of the last 5 games last season.....

Yes we were miles from danger but consecutive wins are very possible

I love the optimism and in football you have to have it.
If we beat Northampton and Millwall that would be a huge lift, but sadly can't see it happening.

Don't understand Slade's negative approach on Saturday, may have to take some risks if are to have any chance
We do now. Think he thought that in keeping things tight we could maybe grab a goal and win 1-0.

Fleetwood weren't that threatening really were they.

It sort of had 0-0 written all over it, except that this is the City.

Do you think we will go down Bob?

I refer you to my prediction which was posted July/August titled ' Where do people think we'll finish '

Were down IMO , it's a desperate situation .
Our fixtures in April pretty much confirm that it will take a miracle to survive now

We pretty much always beat Millwall at home, don't we?

I'm not defeated yet... close but while mathematically it's possible there's hope. Stats, ref's and luck seems to be against us but your luck has to change at some point!
Sixfields Saturday would be a welcome start!

We are down as we can't score.

Since the game on Saturday the bloke from Derby who was supposed to arrive last week has and nobody else.

I'm worried about Saturday, Northampton are on a bad run and took a hammering last match

Of Northamptons last 12 games they've lost 10 winning just 2, losing 6 or there last 7.

They did lose heavily at MK Dons but still scored 3...

Alex revel ruled out for 6 weeks too I believe
