probably wont be for paper tickets
i bought my st on a thursday last year so picked it up saturday around midday, just gave them my name and they handed over the card,job done
obviously first day of season impacts the wait time of course

It appears that the tickets are being sent to each individual, not to the person purchasing them (unlike for Wembley say or away games last year where if you bought for friends and family you'd get a single delivery to the card holder/main account). Just found this out as my lad's ticket went to my old address because I hadn't updated the address on his account assuming it would come to me. Just a heads up for those buying for others...

I got mine , my lad hasn't ( paid for 2 months ago). Next door got one , problem was it didn't belong to him.
2 friends of mine paid last Friday and had them on the doorstep Tuesday morning.
All in all a total embarrassment for our club. I know it is ticket master who deal with this now, but this happened last year as well . One word SHAMBLES.

Its from 11 not 1. Personally if it was me I'd head up first thing and get it sorted. No doubt most people will turn up at 2:55 and then wonder why they miss kick off.

Due to an unforeseen technical issue there was a delay in producing your 2017/2018 season card which meant we could not post it out to you in time to assure you gained entry to the first game of the season, Coventry City v Notts County on Saturday 5th August 2017.
Your Season Ticket Card(s) has been printed and ready for collection on Saturday morning from 11am at the Match day Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena. We advise to come as early as possible to avoid any queuing or delays picking up your card.
The Season Ticket cards have automatically been uploaded with a ticket for the Blackburn match for Early Bird Season Ticket holders.

Took me about half an hour to get my print out as they've sent me ticket out. It doesn't bother me but you can see why casual fans would be put off. I don't know we can't have ticket vending machines like cinemas.
