They've all fooked off 'that's for sure, IMO for a biggish working class City and all the harm Inflicted
on our club, the week willed response from the fanbase has been the biggest embarrassment of all.

The fact the owners of Leeds moved on is less to do with supporter action and much more to do with the fact there were willing buyers out there prepared to take the club on.

Leeds fans didn't go to the lengths we have - not even close, a million miles away - because they didn't have to - the club was sold on as there was something worth buying. Thanks to SISU we are pretty much a worthless basket case.

What can we do short of what we have tried? Assault? Death threats? This is a genuine question because I don't know what it is we haven't done that we could have tried (that would make a difference anyway). The problem is we can't get to our owners, they are almost untouchable.

OK, here we go then. You can all stop bloody messaging me now :)

So, yeah, I'm in the video. You can see me from the start (glasses, blue shirt & jeans) and hear me at various points throughout.

The video was shot at 6pm, more than an hour after the game had finished and that's why there weren't that many Cov fans on the platform.

About 10 from the London Supporters inc. me, a few younger lads which included Callum, the one who's shooting the video, and a fair few ordinary passengers were mid-platform, near the entrance with a few other groups of Cov fans towards one end. Probably another 20 or so.

The train that pulls in is the 18.01 to London but it called at L******r so I'm assuming the other Cov fans there were going to Hinckley. (There was a Brum train at 18.07 for Cov-bound fans but I don't know how many were staying back for that one.)

Fisher lives in south London so driving back isn't really an option and he often gets the later trains back and will come and have a chat with the London Supporters and other fans travelling south if they're around.

The only time there's ever been any aggro that I've witnessed was someone yelling at him from another platform at Preston and last time we were at Southend, a guy started a slightly heated conversation with him. And they sat down on the train together and talked all the way back into London and they guy made his points and listened to Fisher's points.

Fisher doesn't really shy away from meeting with any fans and doesn't really object if they're a bit angry about the state of the club – he knows where they're coming from as he's spoken to enough of them over the years. He'll have a conversation and try and put his side of the story across. In fact he seems to prefer talking to the ones who have strong, passionate opinions.

Anyhow, he knew which train CCLSC were getting so he arrived on the platform a few minutes beforehand and came over to our group.

There was a group of younger lads next to us who were hovering as if they wanted to talk to Fisher but didn't want to interrupt. I started chatting to one of them (Callum, the lad who shot the vid) and that, I think, is why the video was recording as I said I'd introduce to Fisher so he could ask him some questions.

As this was happening, Fisher had started talking to another group of younger lads which is when "silver haired bloke" (SHB) got involved with that conversation. (I'll agree with others that he probably didn't help and I have told him that.) Just after that has stopped is where the video starts as I'm trying to move SHB away from the groups at the other end of the platform and then try to introduce Callum to Fisher again. (You can here that on the video.)

Then the lad in the the black t-shirt (BTS) gets in Fisher's face asking a question and then launching into a torrent of abuse. (He wasn't with any group, just his Dad. I spoke with them both for a bit on the train after and his Dad thought he should have tried a calmer approach but BTS wasn't unhappy about having had the chance to have a go at Fisher. I tried to convince him that maybe he should try and have an actual conversation with him at some point but I'm not sure he was that bothered. He wasn't a thug or anything like that, just an ordinary fan that lost his rag a bit. Seemed like a good lad otherwise.)

Whilst that is going on, the scuffles start breaking out further up the platform and some rat family reject (RFR) decides it's a good idea to nick my mate's beers (you can see him carrying a 4-pack and an orange & blue top (OBT)) so of course that starts another round of handbags. I managed to retrieve a few of them and drag OBT away as RFR decides that he wants a fight and starts offering OBT out. The the video stops just before this point as punches are thrown and then most people get on the train at various points.

There were three sets of police on the platform: West Mids, British Transport and local Derbyshire. They tried to separate the various groups of fans and as the train was in sight, start ushering FIsher further down the platform and they get on a first class carriage. Two coppers stay with Fisher in first class (at their request, he had a second class ticket) until L******r where they get off, to go on the next train with the other Cov fans.

I spoke with the police with Fisher and they didn't seem to blame him in any way, more blame towards that fans who were shouting and scuffling.

Ordinary passengers on the train seemed pretty shocked / pissed off with lots of muttering about idiots, football hooligans and so forth. I doubt any of them got the subtleties of our long-running dispute.

So there you go. As others have said, mainly handbags and thanks to the group who were too scared to go near Fisher but were happy to start on their fellow fans and start all the SISU/Fisher chanting, another low for Cov fans that does absolutely nothing to further our cause.

We'll get a heavier police presence now and our social media will be monitored (so if you're out there giving it the large one, you might want to pull your horns in as pre-meditated violence gets you much harder treatment in court).

Looking at some of the more meat-headed reactions on here and social media, there are a few dullards who think this is great. I side with the likes of Duffer who think that there's no place for this kind of bullshit. Eventually, someone is going to get seriously injured and we can all sit round and point fingers at who is to blame. All over a fucking football club.

Thanks for setting the record straight. Shame that a couple of our south London lads took a punch or two, luckily nobody was seriously injured. Have re-watched the video and it is cringeworthy...only TF himself comes out with any credit (and you know I am not a fan of his, to say the least).

Next time I'd suggest to all concerned not to get involved. You don't want to be spending the night in Chesterfield nick after the police collar a few randoms from the melee by way of breaking things up.

Did someone shout things in Steve's face? Or did people just say it was a mistake to retweet racist/ nationalist stuff? Most people are saying there is no point at screaming insults in TF's face...that we come out looking worse than him. Hardly crying on behalf of nice Mr Fisher...
So you think that because something is said in here about a poster that everyone knows it goes no further.
Well it is not just one occasion there have been many attacks on various threads about Steve and others, their only crime was caring about the City and joining the trust board.
Well Steve has had his fair share of insults and attacks at games to which I have been witness to just doesn't share it on here.
Luckily he doesn't lose his tag too often.

Has he been attacked at games? If so, that is just as wrong as someone attacking, say, TF. It still wouldn't justify physically or verbally attacking someone else. TF has not shared it on here either as far as I know or made a song and dance about it.

Not really a clear video all in all more focused on fisher and missed out the ruckus between the city fans. I'd imagine a few police statements were taken and abit of investigating will happen but I think fisher will probably get an earlier train next time and no more city fans fight eachother lol

You can see the ruckus right at the end of the video as the train pulls in, including punches being thrown. Apparently no police action was taken in terms of arrests, investigations, statements although I may be wrong. Think the police broke it up and sent everyone on their way.

Hope your mates are alright

Sorry Steve, are you conflating a anything that happened to you at the trust with what went on at Chesterfield?

Forgive me, but I have must have missed the bit where you were waiting for a train and someone upset at the trust got right in your face screaming "you're a wanker", whilst their mates cheered them on.

Here's the thing though. Even if I thought you were full of shit, and frankly I think on this at least, you are, I still wouldn't advocate treating you like that. It's just wrong, no one 'deserves' that.

I couldn't give a toss if you don't like my opinions either, but I'll stand by mine in regard to your kind of attitude having no place in a organisation that's supposed to be trying to negotiate with the club. Sorry if it sounds harsh but I'm glad that you're out of it.
Nothing new there then been chased a few times by opposition fans shouting those things. Saturday night in the town centre was another one.
Sorry still not going tp shed a tear for him.

Lock 'em up and throw away the key!
The mate who had his beers nicked also had his £100 sunnies knocked off his person in the melee, they also jumped on the train when it arrived and he didn't notice until afterwards, so he was more seething than you'd think for the sake of couple of tinnies.

Ah man, that sucks, sod the sunnies, beer is more important.
Still, £100 for sunglasses....mine are either Turkey "original" Ray-Bans or Aldi specials!

Is your mate the one that got the punch for supposedly shaking fishers hand then? What a stupid thing to punch someone for

I haven't heard of any such thing (someone being punched for shaking hands with TF), certainly not on Saturday - have a look at my previous posts and also Rob S's account and that isn't mentioned. Maybe it was one of the issues being discussed by Steve Brown?

One thing I was told, which Rob S doesn't mention, was that two mates of the bloke whose beer was nicked tried to recover the cans for him, both those two got a thump for their troubles. The lad whose beer was nicked is a good mate and one of whose who got punched, who ended up with a fat lip, is a good lad too and I've drunk with him and his family many times. The bloke who nicked the cans hit them when they challenged him and then ran away - apparently.

Right, so all this 'arrogance of the man' in getting on that train talk was totally misplaced. The train in question was at 6pm.

At what hour of the day would it have been acceptable for him to be able to catch the train you all think? 8pm? 10?

Why would someone target you and insult you?
Come on G your the clever one here work it out for yourself.

No one is saying shed a tear - it's expecting some decent standard of behaviour.

The trust should issue a statement condemning this behaviour.

Do you concur?[/QUOTE

Why should the trust put out a statement was it there members who did this?
After all you Torch etc day they dontvreptesent you?

I don't - of course anyone would condemn poor behaviour, it's not for the Trust to make a condemnatory statement every time someone acts like a pillock.

It is the kind of topic that I think a supporter's trust should be in dialogue with the club regarding though, when the general consensus (on here at least) seems to be that various unsavoury events are on the rise.
