Agree with all but Doyle, think he's terrible & had he not had his previous stint at City would be slaughtered. Other three I agree with and would add McDonald in as you mentioned. I find it unbelievable that there are people slating Nazon & Jones then saying Biamou has done okay, genuinely staggered. Having said that booing him as he was subbed yesterday is nothing short of disgraceful.
Whilst most of us agree that signalling out individuals is counterproductive, I think booing at the end of the game was more than justified last night. What was even more alarming was that some people in front of me were clapping at the end!

Burge 3- distribution was back to a shambles, costly error

Grimmer 5- tries to get forward and help with the overlap but JJ refuses to use him.

Willis 5- reasonable, stronger in the air than recent.

Mcdonald 5- steady, not as composed as we know he can be.

Stokes 4- mediocre display.

Doyle 4- lacked discipline last night, needs to lead this side through rough seas.

Kelly 4- shackles need taking off him to play.

JJ 2- so greedy he nullified most our attacks single handily.

Nazon 3- lacked discipline in when to shoot or continue playing.

McNulty 2- some movement from him but ineffective in the role he's asked to play.

Biamou 4- lead the line, effective target man to link up play, made the ball stick and has to do better. 2 excellent chances not taken.

Ponticelli 3- came on tried but service wasn't there, so nearly scored with a neat header.

Shipley 3- tried to overlap but not much joy.

Stokes - 4 - [what] HAS happened to him?
Weren't his problems last season related to his back? If so, returning to full mobility can take a very long time (if it happens at all). He certainly doesn't seem to be the player of a couple of years ago, who would have really stood out in this league.

Burge 2 - shocking error, but he's still our best keeper whatever that says.
Grimmer 6 gave it everything
Willis 5 some shocking passing
McDonald 5 his worst game for us
Stokes 4 doesn't look fit
Kelly & Doyle 6 both good enough but not sure as a combo especially at home
Jones 6 did he actually create anything
McNulty 5 looked lost and was far to deep even when moved into middle need play him up front looking to get in behind
Nazon 6 poor end product
Biamou 3 not good enough

Shipley 6
Ponti 6

Biggest disappointment last night was the front 4 apart from the blunder for their goal which was a combination of Kelly and Burge fault the back 7 did their jobs acceptably the front 4 how ever just cannot click and when they don’t score the confidence drains all the way back to Burge in goal!!

Nazon and Jones have gone from our biggest threat to predictable inconsistent bad decision makers, which doesn’t help the other 2 players,

Mcnulty however was awful last night Max was better but has to take his chances !

Here lies the problem front four back seven maybe we should try to up the number that attack

Here's 3 examples of how Nazon's decision making is extremely poor and is very similar to Jones in that respect. Doesn't even look up before shooting and is so tunnel visioned doesn't see McNulty on any of the occasions in a better position than him to shoot. McNulty needs service and is making the runs but he needs someone clever enough to see it and pass him the ball. Could easily have had a hattrick last night if our other forwards were more aware.
Looking for a 1-2:

Looking for the simple pass for a tap in:

Kelly looks annoyed in the first one too, they are both there ready to shoot if it gets laid off.

Burge - 3 - Very poor, shot of confidence
Grimmer - 6 - very energetic, one of a few players who wanted to make things happen
McDonald - 6 - Straight forward game, didn't really threaten us
Willis - 5.5. - as above but passing was questionable at times
Stokes - 4 - looked slow and nervous on the ball, nothing going forward equally
Doyle - 5 - put his foot in as usual, too many passes going astray
Kelly - 5 - broke up play but added nothing going forward
Jones - 5 - clueless, runs down both wings which confuses even our own players, refused to pass to Grimmer most of the night
McNulty - 4 - didn't realise he was on the pitch in the second half
Biamou - 5 - setup a great chance for Duck, two clear cut chances missed
Duck - 5 - headless chicken, predictable and out of position

Ponticelli - 5 - A lot of energy, a decent effort at goal but we kind of looked defeated at this stage
Shipley - 5 - Looks like he has something about him which was encouraging, same issue as Pont however.

Glad to see it's not just me who thinks JJ refuses to acknowledge Grimmers presence on the pitch.

It's so blatant is embarrassing, and really exposes JJ's weakness as a individual and how one footed he can be.

Did anyone else witness there spat at Accrington in the first half? There is friction between these two.

Nazons decision making is dreadful. Give him 10 decisions to make on the pitch and he will make the wrong one 80% of the time. He plays like a 15year old who is bigger than the rest of the kids and bullies his way through except he cant do it against adults.

Sounds like jones, except the bigger bit.

It's not great when 2 or your 10 outfield players don't have a footballing brain and operate solo 80% of the time.

Means 50% of your attacking players play how they want going solo and not part of a team.

When it goes right you look the bees knees and everyone raves about how good you are yet when it's not happening inquires start into the what's not happing and happing too much...

JJ and Nazon flaws have became greatly exposed in the last two games more so.
