They're smashing it at the moment and seem to be very good at grinding out 1.0 wins. Fair play to them!

I backed them to be relegated at the start of the season, it will be interesting to see how many points they pick up once they are safe I don't think it will be that many and think they will end up around 12th to 14th.

Off the top of my head they've only let in 12 goals, one more than Man C and Man Utd.

A lot switch off when they have the required points as their season is set out to avoid relegation the main reason dyche doesn't get a bigger job

Drove up there once to see us get whacked 4-0 when Hughes got sent off I think. Great manager now and gritty little club. Shows what can be done with a bit of investment and the right personnel. They are now getting £100 million per year from the Prem and are streets ahead of most other clubs outside of the top league. Our timing when dropping out of the gravy train was terrible for us and sadly we shall struggle to ever catch up now.

It waw made all the worse by the collapse of ITV Digital as well.

Used to like Burley away must have been to about 7/8 games there in our championship years we never did great there (or anywhere for that matter).
My most baffling moment as a Cov happened there when Craig Hignett was sent off for foul and abusive language to the ref in the first half we were 2-0 down and the tunnel at Burnley is/was behind the goal and Hignett for a standing ovation from the City fans! Never understood why people were applauding him!

Fantastic for them, really pleased to see a club doing things the right way and making a success of it.

Wasn't some numpty on here claiming they should be stripped of the premier league cash because they're not spunking it all on players?

Don’t know how they are managing it - not even averaging a goal a game. Not possible is it?

Yep that was me and I still think the same and still don't think they will finish over halfway the sky money is there to spend not make chairman/owners rich

Are the owners taking it all?

There was a case where they took millions out by selling the clubs training ground back to the club for many times what they paid for it my friend is a Burnley fan it drives him mad they don't invest

It should be spent to build the infrastructure around the club instead of inflating already massively over priced wages. If a club was forced to spend it on wages then you'd have substitutes at Huddersfield at 200k a week. One case doesn't mean owners are taking money out, in fact a lot of clubs are still not profitable.

That's right I pay my inflated sky fees so somebody in the ground can sit in comfy seats if they are not stripping it out they must have millions in the bank when they get relegated at some point they will say they have no money, they have a small squad on low wages in prem terms

Just a team who know their individual roles and want to play for the club. Don’t seem to replace the whole squad each year, just make some small improvements. Wood was a great signing
