4th bid rejected but sisu (1 Viewer)

I want that from the owners, but they don't give a stuff so why should anyone else?

Because you are apparently a CCFC fan. Even more so because you took on 2 personas to show your outrage about it and neither actually bothered about the football.

See my post explaining exactly what you have just done that I made about an hour ago:

4th bid rejected but sisu

"SISU don't care so why should we"

That's it, justify something because SISU do it. Standard.

FBH I don't care about what you think.

Would it be worthwhile Hoff and his gang to pay £100k for next years rent to Wasps then they tell CCFC to fook off? The club would be in a position that Sepalla might not want to gamble on. I dont see any other people willing to offer what his consortium has.
Just a thought as this leaked offer seems odd coming out now with a long judicial still to go.

What would Hoffman use the stadium for every other Saturday? Doesn't really stack up, they would pay CCFC's rent amount just so CCFC couldn't play there?

I think that would create a new court case all of its own

I know what you are saying but Wasps can deal with who they like. They don’t even have to do it as a rental deal just “sponsor” a player and use the money to make up for the ccfc shortfall. The £100k would be peanuts if it got ccfc for £1m less plus I’m sure the consortium could find a way of using it as a tax loss in one of their businesses.

The consortium have already committed to future payments to sisu of £13 million

But Sisu aren’t interested in future payments are they? They want the money up front which I doubt anyone will stump up for the figure they have in mind.
I was thinking no home for them might quicken things up.

If SISU's exit strategy is to gain compensation as a consequence of a favourable court decision, then I can't see that the ongoing welfare or even existance of CCFC makes much difference to their position.
Selling the club for below their own "valuation" signals a surrender on their part so as long as they are not spending money I can't see their incentive to sell.
Sorry but I can't see an end to this saga unless someone offers then silly money.

And no, they are clearly not going to "speculate to accumulate"

Your probanly on the button there. Ccfc is just a tool to gain their investment back via the courts. No deal will be enough.

Where is the tenacity and passion of everybody outraged about CCFC when games kick off or when we win?

It's not really the Cook report, people look into it to see how realistic it is that it happens. Look at the Dale Evans stuff, obvious from the start it was nonsense and people like Otis get abused because they dared to mention it. People were genuinely excited, people actually thought he was going to save the club and live happily ever after.

SISU are here at the minute, I want somebody to come and buy the club so I will look at what's being offered, what they are saying to assure myself it's actually going to happen rather than being told how to feel / think by fans groups / media writing lists and bullet points day in day out to keep people angry.
To be honest Nick I can't get excited about beating the likes of Crewe, Carlisle etc. The spark has gone for me. Rightly or wrongly I expect us to win against these kinds of teams even though this seems to happen rarely these days.

Trouble is so many have gone that way and many others are nearly there:(
I used to look at the table after every win then work out where we would be when we win the next game. Now I don't bother looking.
Still gutted when we lose.
So many telling me we have a top 3 team, I dared to believe.
I Will still keep going, but now it is feeling more like a chore:(

no right to expect us to win, we are a league two club with an above average league two budget, playing in a championship / prem stadium that we don't own.

60% have gone and 40% remain. as many of those as possible need to ride this out, but appreciate its not easy. anyone still hear deserves a medal, yet we still seem to be arguing amongst ourselves !

Who in their right mind would agree to anything that involves being paid when CCFC are successful?
The earlier bid stated that payments would be made on promotion. Surely we are capable of at least a couple of promotions? Wasn’t there to be a payment for winning the trophy again?
