I'm afraid you've lost the plot. Perhaps it's the excitement in the build up to Friday's epic battle. Excusable in the circumstances.

Maybe your right.

I think its a contagious disease and your all going to catch it.

I can see a 3-1 loss. That's how I am setting myself up.

If we win then it will feel even better.

First half Sparky hattrick, all over by half time and foot off the gas. Ground empty on 80 mins with us coasting only City fans remain and party with our players ahead of Wembley. Nolan sent to the stands, Duffy sent off and the tv cameras focus on a snotty NC kid balling his eyes out :)

I do think that by the end of this play-off semi final, a new rivalry will have been established brtween us and Notts County. Before Sat I was utterly indifferent towards them, sae them as just another club. Now i strongly dislike their team and many of their annoying fans. I suspect that'll last a while and that the feeling may be mutual!

they mean nothing to me. Whatever happens Friday they won't enter my thoughts until we play them again.

So does this mean you will feel Ok with a 3-1 loss? Not very well worded comment.

Been trying to keep busy and mind off this game. As it draws nearer the tension is building.

Constant adrenaline. Last time I felt like this was before the Spurs game to stay up in '97. This, in my opinion, is bigger.
Go up and we may keep the team together and (with TA and JJ back) push on for another promotion.
Stay down...who knows.
Turning point. Massive game. The wait is almost unbearable.

After this season. So much more confident wether it be league 1 or 2.

League 2 we win next year.
League 1 pushing for play offs with continuity of manager/player and 3 top acquisitions.

If you had said to me 31 years ago today that the biggest game we would play in that time afterwards would be a fourth division play off I just couldn't have registered that we could fall so far down the pyramid.
How wrong I would have been.

Better still the Camera's focusing on a snotty Nolan Bawling his eyes out from the stands.

What makes this wait worse is working in an office with no Cov fans or even any real match going fans of any club who might understand,
All ive got are a few plastics including the obligatory man utd ‘fan’ who spent the whole afternoon moaning about Smalling not being in the England squad.

Of the 4 of us on my team there is a Villa fan and a Fulham fan so I need us to win even more.

Yes mate, I totally understand where you're coming from! I Moved to Birmingham 3 years ago to be closer to work and am surrounded by villa fans in the office. Seems like the wait between both legs is a lifetime.
