er, ccfc have done all that recently

Beat me to it.

Also it's weird how grown adults apparently can't correctly spell the name Robins; it's not Robbins or Robin's. Get a grip!

Also, we need to stop getting knocked out of cups by county towns; in the last few years we've been done by Worcester, Cambridge, Northampton, Norwich and now Oxford...also we lost in the FA Cup a few years ago to Southampton, after which the county of Hampshire is named (it was simply called Hampton back then, but after the shire was named the administrative centre moved to Winchester).

Hope we avoid Racing Club Warwick in the Senior Cup, then.

Fine if we'd lost 2 nil to a higher league team but we've been comfortably beaten by Oxford reserves who are one of the few teams below us in the table.
Plenty to lose sleep over not least a 3rd game without scoring from open play.

Usually you talk sense, still everyone has a off night

You need to fuck off you little chav dick, it's the fucking carabastard cup mate

Ban him
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Wanting someone banned for having a different opinion to you, give it a rest.

If anyone should get a ban it’s you considering all you seem to do on here is reply to my posts with abusive language, not very friendly of you if you ask me.

I think robin's needs to take a look at his philosophy for sure

4231 or 442 all work. But if you don't we t players to be brave and play it on floor we have a ceiling imo

Roll on next game. See what he changes

Appalling really, a poor pre season, one goal from a free kick, no recognised striker still, it's only 3 games in but we look a bit of a mess thus far. Still plenty of Dosh in the pot... Or there should be ?!

I don’t get why we would sign Bakayoko and decide to put him on the wing. Either play him where he’s best or don’t play him at all. Same goes for Hiwula and Ponticelli, they’re no threat out there

Bakayoko has a poor goal scoring record even when playing his preferred position so why make that even lower by playing him out of position

But all we can get now is loans.

I pretty much agree. However, I have to admit to being a little concerned at the way robin's seems to have no idea what his best team or formation is so just appears to be throwing out random selections
Seems odd to me that you have the assistant openly saying that Robins doesn't like or trust the system. Isn't Robins supposed to be in charge, surely he should pick the formation he wants and trusts?

If he isn't confident in it that will come through to the players, why would they have confidence in a system their manager doesn't believe in.

Praising the substitutes performances, especially Shipley. Hopefully he will start them next match.

I felt quite positive after the first game, but we do seem to be going backwards rather than gelling.

Maybe. I did listen to CWR to be fair which always makes it feel even more downbeat!
Played well in parts in the first game, battled well against the V1 Rocket tactics of Wimbledon and lost in a game i don't give a shite about.

If we get dicked on Saturday then we can riot

Not all I do Charlie, I bully Grendal as well.

I want you banned from the internet as you are an obvious troll, in fact who's alter ego are you?

Robins

They were better than us

We didn’t create enough; didn’t move the ball enough

They played really well

They have players who know a lot more

Played off our strikers

They played within the laws better than us

We had two disallowed for offside

Our angle wasn’t great but could have been onside

No complaints about the score line

Looked off

We looked like we weren’t ready for that game

They were more street wise

Suffering for a lack of confidence

Early days

Changes that were made made a difference tonight

Cup game - only positive was performance of JCH, Shipley and Ponti did well when he came on. Made positive contributions

Abu played a good game

Bayliss gave the ball away more than normal

Strikers are playing out of position out wide which we have to look at

Defenders did ok up to 30 mins

Grimmer knows he closed off for the first

Clearly we have to put it behind us quickly and be ready for Saturday

Quiet dressing room - let’s see if they learn

People won’t keep getting chances

It’s a game where you have to learn quickly

Things didn’t function as you would want them to in the first half

Need work rate, and desire to get into the box and score goals

One or two bits where we showed good signs but we have to step up to this level (same division opposition despite being cup game)

People are going to have to come and take Doyle’s shirt and try to force out a 37 year old. Shows the character of him and the big contribution he makes

Saturday was more important for us to use him
