Too many on here change their tags , they have no balls to stand up or admit they were wrong , I reckon 10 per cent of users are recycled back as some an other .i know I talk shite to some but would never turn coat , that’s like dog fart smell as an attitude. If you do a bet you have to honour it , someone on this thread is Dongo for sure and it might not be who you think :chicken:

Ps I don’t know who but the villain always returns to the scene of the crime !

The guy suggesting to go to the kids' school was one of two particular low points I remember here, the other being whoever it was deciding John Sillett was a SISU stooge.
yup 2 bad ones

other real lows are

*people blaming mowbrays recruitment on relegation
*people saying slade did not get us relegated
*people saying nazon didnt pass and then getting proven wrong(actually this became a highlight lol)
*any dick who doesnt rate guardiola or tiki taka

tbh these are worse than sending people round to protest at innocent kids schools

So to sum up, Rasputin is almost certainly Dongonzalos, and maybe even Columbo as well.
Oucho was CJparker and someone else yet to be revealed.
I think Grendel was Nick at some point, or was it the other way around?
Any others we can out?

Me. I'm both Otis and the queen of Denmark.

Back off “holiday” then?
No I'm in Vienna. Why are you doubting I'm on hols? Deflect deflect deflect.

Why don't you tell us all why it's so important for Dongo to honour his agreement to pay (I agree on that) but OK for Sisu to tear up a legally valid contract?

I forgot that oucho started a thread asking people why they attend wasps games and then was found on their forum saying he’d been and what a great atmosphere it was

Ah I remember you now. You're Spider Ricoh. The clown who cracked open a bottle of champagne when the council won a court case.
Why the need for so many usernames?

Why wouldn't any CCFC fan celebtate SISU losing in court? Surely we all want to see them battered for their disgraceful actions? If so, why not celebrate when their legal actions explode in their faces? If anything I'd be a crank to be favouring them at this point.

The contract was the equivalent of a dodgy landlord forcing a tenant to pay fortunes for something they had no access rights to for most of the year. Sisu have made few achievements but one is breaking that stupid lease.

Ranson should have done it on day one and bought the council and their dumb sidekick to their knees.

I see things a little different. I blame relegation on Mowbray's recruitment.

Because, as subsequent events demonstrated, the charge on the club was excessive and disproportionate and attempts to renegotiate it to a reasonable level were rejected by the landlords.

Also, remember who filled to put the club into administration first and in doing so void the contract. I'll give you a clue, it wasn't SISU.

This thread is getting nearly as weird as the singer sewing machine one.

Maybe if they worked at the council or the legal team they would celebrate the result.

Somebody with no affinity to the city at all and has supported the club for a few years needing multiple accounts to get the point across and going on about opening bottles of bubbly is strange. You are very much in the minority in "celebrating" to that extent.

Not opening bubbly and finding it strange that somebody in your position would doesn't automatically mean somebody favours them.

Bollocks, the contract was fair. There was NO judtification to somply stop paying. It was a deliberate attempt to bankrupt ACL, as noted by the JR1 judge. Read his verdict and weep. I would support any action where Sisu got their commupance for that act, it was shameful.

The council applied for a winding up petition to get their contractully due rent. Sisu put the club into admin to avoid this and to control the admin process by appointing stooge Paul Appleton who strangley enough remoced the debts and handed them back the golden share.

How would a winding up petition "get the rent" especially when it was a company with limited assets to liquidate?

Again, more passion about a lease between a stadium management company and football club than any of the match threads.

Did you work for ACL and lose a job because of those actions? I could understand somebody having a beer to celebrate if that is the case.

If not, it's the equivalent of me checking who's in court in Berkshire and celebrating the outcome.

After everything Sisu have put us through, why are you so surprised to see a fam passionately wantinf to see them lose their own spurious courtcase? It's both good karma and funny. They're in the wrong, any mug can see that. It is human nature to want to see the bad guys lose.

In further answer, there is a bit of a persobal dimension for me. Years ago when I was a youbg lad, the parents didn't have much cash and spent a big chunk of it on a new three piece suite of sofas for our home. When the dekivery day came and went, they made enquiries. Turned out the furniture co had ceased trading quietly, lost the debt and contracts, then started out as a newco from the same premises witg the same stock. They told my parents to whistle for the money and the sofas. The family took a huge hit financially but the bigger issue was thr arrogamce with which someone could walk away from an agreement with total disdain, arrogance and disregard. Galling.

Sad news about the sofa, but absolutely nothing to do with it or relevant to the situation.

I am surprised to see somebody who started supporting the club in your way recently with no links to the city so passionate about it, yes. Especially with more passion than the actual football.

There are court cases every day about people breaking agreements. Those little bastards breaking their agreements off with Wonga and payday loans are quite common.

Read back on it....the winding up petotion was a thread to wind up the company unless the due debt was paid.

This really is not a case of shades of grey with faults on all sides. There is only one party in the wrong and that is Sisu. I get that loyal fans of CCFC cannot see that so clearly but as a more recent fan with no link to the city, i feel I see this more indepebdently than most. I would ask why any fan would NOT be happy to see Sisu lose in court?
